Exceptional Daily Service from the Valet Team
I would like to leave this review especially for the valet parking team at AKA Hotel in Brickell. I park my car here every day, and I can confidently say that the service is always excellent. Eduardo, Arturo, and Eli, and also Mario and Eduardo, are incredibly professional, attentive, and respectful. They always have a positive attitude, are quick, and consistent in their work. No matter the time of day, they maintain the same level of energy and kindness. They truly make my daily experience much more convenient and pleasant. I would also like to recognize the rest of the valet team in general. Everyone is organized, hardworking, and very friendly. You can clearly see the commitment and dedication they have to their job and to the people who come in every day.

Great vibes, great customer service, recipe for a great day
We had a day pass at the hotel and came with a pretty big group, so there was a lot of baggage and moving parts to manage. Eli and Mario were great from the start. They helped us with our luggage, kept everything organized, and made the whole arrival feel smooth even with the size of our group. They stayed professional, friendly, and efficient the entire time. It made a big difference having that kind of support, especially with so many people and bags. Really appreciate Eli and Mario for making it easy. 10/10 Will be back again !
