From the moment we stepped into Hotel AKA Brickell, we knew we were in for something special. The level of service, the luxury, and the attention to detail were top-tier — but what truly made our stay unforgettable was Oscar at the front desk. Oscar went above and beyond from the second we arrived. Not only was he warm and welcoming, but he also took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about the hotel and the local area. We had a few specific requests regarding our room and plans in Miami, and Oscar handled everything with incredible professionalism and genuine kindness. You could tell he truly cared about making our experience perfect — and he did just that! The room itself was stunning — modern, impeccably clean, and designed with comfort in mind. The windows gave us breathtaking views of the Brickell skyline, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the lighting to the luxurious bathroom, made us feel pampered. As for the location — you can’t beat it. Nestled right in the heart of Brickell, we were steps away from incredible restaurants, cafes, shopping, and nightlife. Plus, the hotel is just a short ride to South Beach, Wynwood, and other top Miami spots. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and a big part of that was thanks to Oscar’s outstanding hospitality. Hotel AKA Brickell has it all — luxury, convenience, and world-class service. We can’t wait to come back!

such an amazing stay, alziza handled our checkin, recommended some great restaurants to try, and informed us about Miami Spice also the restaurant was not too bad, but it took a bit longer than expected.

Aziza was so helpful and amazing and so was Oscar. They both helped me with complimentary services upon arrival and accommodated me with anything i asked for. The hotel is beautiful on the interior and the exterior is also stunning and very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable! Thank you i will be back!
