Mare restaurant is very luxurious and spacious, the lamps on each of the tables add a special touch that creates an even more inviting atmosphere. Leandro ( Manager) and Estefany ( Hostess) made our stay absolutely wonderful from start to finish, our dinner was not just good, but memorable, they went above and beyond to made sure everything was smooth and confortable and their positive attitude made a big difference. It’s rare to find such a great combination of efficiency and personal touch, they truly made us feel valued and well taken care of.

Everything was perfect, great quiet location on the luxury neighborhood, beautiful decoration, splendid views of Biscayne Bay,a very calm and relaxing atmosphere, plus and elegant, attractive, with strong empathy and chivalrous Italian Manager named Leandro.A wine list featuring a curated selection to suit every taste, as well as a menu that while not extensive includes dishes that go beyond just Mediterranean Cuisine. What else could you ask for ?

I organised and run an event here having visited the hotel back in February before it was a Marriott hotel. The transition from one brand to another happened after we had contracted our event and, to say the least, it was not smooth for us. So I will keep this review just about my experience as a guest over a 4-night stay. First of all, hats off to Mare Restaurant , excellent food especially at dinner and standout service with genuine warmth from Valentin. I’d also like to mention Nicole on the front desk who helped to overcome some of the transitional problems we experienced from brand to another. In general, this is a solid Brickell hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and good facilities. It is also great for elevator geeks, if such a niche exists like aviation geeks or train geeks, for you spend a lot of time in elevators. It is up from the ground floor reception 25 floors to the Lounge where the great restaurant is located. Then down to your room in another elevator. Then if you want to use the pool it is up, down and up again in another elevator in a different building so an amazing 3 elevator rides. So if you love riding in elevators this is a truly outstanding hotel. All said, when next in Miami I would happily return.

Initially, the title of my review was different, however when I visited the Brickell Arch Hotel website and read a great number of reviews mentioning Leandro, I decided to change it. Evidently, I too, can now express my gratitude to him for such a memorable experience during dinner on Friday, May 8th. Leandro is not merely a manager, he is the kind of person who is truly focused on service, on pleasing guests and ensuring a complete sense of satisfaction. I echo the words of another reviewer who stated and I quote "this industry needs many more Leandros". Thank you, thank you, thank you, for all of this and so much more.
