Fine but forgettable
My stay was uneventful at best, forgettable at worst. Good location in Brickell. Mandatory Valet exorbitantly priced but thats everywhere in Miami. Front desk staff efficient but robotic. Room was basic but clean: bed comfortable, coffee machine and stocked mini bar in room, no view.This used to be a Hilton Conrad hotel and it still feels that way… a bit sterile, soulless, corporate, boring, and dated bathrooms with low boy toilets and weak water pressure. That being said, my only real complaint is that I requested an additional luggage rack twice and it was never delivered… but all points considered, I don’t really see anything that makes this hotel special, you’re better off just picking a corporate chain across the street so you can earn points.

Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the refined atmosphere, elegant surroundings, and attention to every detail. The food and drinks were of outstanding quality — each meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. A special mention goes to Leandro (manager) whose professionalism and warm hospitality elevated the entire experience. From the very first day, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met, making our stay both effortless and memorable. This hotel embodies excellence in service and ambiance. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable getaway

Great Experience
Choose the AKA Brickell for the location, accommodations and great price. We only stayed for one nite on a Saturday for an Anniversary weekend. Upon check-in we were warmly greeted and acknowledged with a Happy Anniversary for our stay. The Bayview room was modern and a nice large bathroom. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were great. Very convenient with walking distance to great restaurants. Would definitely not hesitate to stay again. All the staff including valet attendants were very friendly and helpful.

September 8 days trip
Great location in Brickell. Clean hotel and spacious rooms. Hopefully in the future the rest will work for lunch too. Team member at hotel are good in special Harris and waitress at the restaurant.
