We came for the New Year’s Eve breakfast at Mare Restaurant, when we arrived, were greeted by the hostess(Laura) very sweet, with a beautiful and natural smile, the restaurant was very busy and the Manager(Leandro) took care of us with exceptional attention and dedication. He made us feel as royalty, his impeccable manner and genuine hospitality set the tone. Special mention goes to the person who prepares the guacamole, was delicious , is our absolute favorite.

Great Experience
My friend and I had a great time at the Hotel Aka Brickell, especially at Mare restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our server Luis and the manager Leandro made our experience even more enjoyable and exciting in addition to a good service. We must stop by and enjoy the experience.

A true 5-out-of-5 experience. The property was clean, well maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed. Every staff member was welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. What stood out most during our stay was the valet team, they consistently greeted us promptly, retrieved the car quickly, assisted with doors, and handled luggage with ease. Eduardo, in particular, provided exceptional service!!! He was always smiling, professional, and thoughtful, even offering bottled water as we departed

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant area at AKA Hotel was a great experience overall. The atmosphere was inviting and well organized, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Leandro and Luis were excellent — attentive, professional, and very friendly throughout our time there. Service was smooth and consistent, and they made sure everything was taken care of without needing to ask. Kim, the hostess, was welcoming from the moment we arrived and did a great job setting the tone for the restaurant. Her warmth and efficiency made a strong first impression. Everything felt well managed, and the service really stood out. I’d definitely return and recommend it.
