The Mare restaurant overlooking the bay is the ideal spot to start your day, but if you are lucky enough to have an attractive, elegant and handsome Manager(Leandro) prepare an Almond-Vanilla Capuccino for you and with a deep look and genuine smile say:"enjoy your Capuccino ";oh God,that makes your day very different.The breakfast staff were extremely helpful and flawless.

From the first impression I felt positive vibes.The best part of the service at AKA Hotel was the breakfast team (Jesse/Hannah,) super helpful, exceptional behavior providing top_notch care.I especially want to shout out Leandro(Manager) always willing to help, and very kind,even in a challenging environment.

Great weekend
I stayed at the hotel for a weekend with some friends and had a great time. The whole team was great. A special mention to Leonardo, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and kindness really stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. Highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back next time im in Miami.

Two gems in the same place.
Attractive,elegant and sophisticated restaurant,beautifully decorated an’a la carte and buffet breakfast menu, excellent service led by its hard-working manager (Leandro)always helping his staff,attentive and checking every detail.I give him 5 diamonds because he’s definitely a different kind of manager, who surpasses levels . I was very impressed.
