Excellent hotel all around. Was here for several days. Ambiance and upkeep was top notch. The hotel staff went above and beyond for the duration of my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is great! Despite being so central, the property feels calm and welcoming the moment you walk in. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful: modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Housekeeping kept everything spotless.But the true standout is the staff and service. From check-in to departure, every interaction was warm, prompt, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team offered excellent local tips and went out of their way to accommodate requests; concierge handled reservations flawlessly; breakfast staff remembered preferences; and any small issue was resolved immediately with a smile. It’s rare to feel this well looked after. Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay, it's not my first time here and i always choose this hotel! Everything was perfect from the check in untill check out- the staff at front desk was very professional , fast , very nice and polite and always with a smile and truly caring for us. Specially i would like to mention Ashley - he personally took very good care of us, as we had to deal with some personal issues and he was very understanding, caring, helpful and professional. Thank you for everything! Along with him in the front desk- the managers on duty Pablo and Vacante( not sure i spelled correctly) thank you very much! Also Claudia, very proffesional and she recognized me when approacing front desk, I didnt catch all names, but also the agent that checked me in and the agent working together with Daniela on my last day, EVERYBODY was very nice, smiling and truly caring. As well as the operator on my arrival day that took care of all my requests very fast, including room service, and made sure to follow up to check i got everything and if needed anything else- I think his name is Eric.Very attentive! Also concierge team! The lady with glasses - so nice! Thank you for your help! And also the gentlemen of the team- thank you for your help! Would also like to mention Ester from reservations that was very helpful attentive and so nice! Thank you for all the support and kindness! The staff in the breakfast, starting from the hostesses, always greeting us and asking how are stay is going , and considering our sitting requests, the lady that makes the omellets, and the lady that made sure to bring me hard boiled eggs, as well as the Managers of breakfast that are always around to make sure all is well together with the servers - all of them are very attentive and hard working including Lily always checking that all is fine ,William - talking with us in spanish although its not his language, but Specially i would like to mention Guillermo, Mayra and Eliana- for exceptional service ! So kind , attentive , remember what we like, and always with a smile and a warm welcome - thank you for being so sweet and for perfect service from the heart! Also the doormens and bellboys , thank you for helping with our luggage at departure. The housekeeping teams did exceptional work and service! Each and everyone- considering our requests- thank you for perfect service! The room and partial bay view was amazing! big and spacious, the smell and the music in the hotel- wonderful! and happy vibes, i had the luck to be in the salsa night that takes place first friday of the month and it was AMAZING!!!!!! The pool is amazing!! also pool staff very friendly and nice! The gym is perfect , and its supervised to make sure its clean and all fine. Thank you ALL in THE INTERCONTINENTAL ! For giving us a warm welcome, a beautiful stay and a feeling of wanting to come back! Definately our HOME in Miami .
