Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband ahead of a cruise and we had a blast. Great location we were able to walk back from Sexy Fish in downtown Miami. It’s a short walk to so many scenic spots too. The room was modern and super clean like the hotel. The staff super friendly and we had a blast chilling in the cabana for several hours which we got at a discounted rate. It’s a busy hotel but the flow is managed well. Hard to get a taxi so definitely opt for Uber’s. For some reason I’m having issues uploading my room photos but it’s definitely as pictured with stunning sea views, lovely bathrooms & updated decor. Overall a great comfortable stay, close to the cruise port and we would stay again.

My experience was a 10/10! Edgar was amazing and gave us the best service. We ordered drinks food and the cabana was fabulous. We did the spa at first and came to the pool after .

The hotel and rooms are very nice. The staff is friendly but there aren't many channels to reach out of you need something unless you make the line at the reception. Not all the items were restocked for example paper coffee cups and I also bought an oat milk carton and they were changing the fridges and they took it away. Also the rewards app I asked twice for a password reset never got the email

I recently returned to the InterContinental Miami for another stay, after an excellent first visit back in July 2025. The location, rooms, and overall atmosphere continue to be fantastic, and the staff remains one of this property’s strongest assets. I especially want to thank Dany at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I also want to recognize Patricia and Sanaa from the Club Lounge — both of them are warm, attentive, and truly elevate the guest experience. However, I did notice that the Club Lounge was not as strong as during my previous stay. The Happy Hour technically ran from 5 pm to 7 pm, but food options were almost completely gone before 6 pm. The selection of alcoholic beverages was also noticeably more limited compared to my first visit. This was disappointing, especially considering how exceptional the Club Lounge was during my earlier stay. Despite this issue, the hotel overall still delivers great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a perfect location. I hope management takes note of the Club Lounge concerns, as bringing it back to its previous high standard would make this property even better. I look forward to staying again, and once more — thank you to Dany, Patricia, and Sanaa for your outstanding hospitality.

We stayed a couple of nights in Miami after our cruise and decided stay at the Intercontinental Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely large lobby where you can find anything and everything. We had to wait for a bit as we arrived early, but we were very comfortable in the lobby, grabbed some Starbucks and worked and were able to rent a car for the next day as Sixt car rental is conveniently there. The room we chose was a classic king with bay view, which included breakfast with our stay. The room was exactly what we were looking for and it had beautiful. views. Our bathroom was clean and very well situated with a large closet inside the bathroom for convenience. The hotel is also walking distance to downtown Brickell and to the Bayside Market area for nightlife and bars and plenty of food to enjoy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when visiting Miami.
