Luxurious Room with Beautiful Views
We had an unplanned stay after wildfires kept us from getting to Key West, and we were so happy it happened! Our room was large and luxurious with amazing views of the Intercoastal Waterway and Bay Front Park, and convenient to downtown attractions and restaurants. The front desk and concierge staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I could give it more stars!

Comfortable hotel.
Fine hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with a neat bathroom. Great breakfast. Very close to the Bayside Marketplace. Would be happy to come back.

Third time staying at Intercontinental Downtown Miami. Very good experience and good service. Special thanks to Yaimara, who was a breakfast server at Ole restaurant. She was extremely pleasant and attentive. Well done!!!

Nice hotel, bad customer service
The hotel does have a good location, spacious rooms, and an excellent breakfast, which is why I initially decided to write an excellent review, as I expected, that after sending my email, I would receive an explanation as to why, in my opinion, $125 USD was unjustifiably charged to my credit card. I would like to point out that all guests are charged a resort fee of $40 USD, which is not negligible. Upon check-out, I was told that the invoice would be sent by email, but I have received nothing. I hope that my opinion will reach the hotel management and that I will finally receive clear answers.

Relaxing comfort
My view was breathtaking and the bedding was just luxurious comfort. You just sink in it and wake up hours later. We rested so well. Loved it. There was an issue with my reservation dates but it was resolved after speaking with several people . That was the only thing. Also absolutely loved the shower .
