Great potential, rooms poorly maintained
The hotel itself is beautiful, located in thr best place in town. Amazing atmosphere. Unfortunately room was horrible. AC was stuck on max cool, and during the whole stay (2 nights) they kept saying they will come to fix it, and never did. Became a sleepless vacation. I am a platinum elite member, they even reached out to see if everything is good... promised again to fix and nothing..

My best decision to stay at the Intercontinental Miami.
Pre-cruise stay: Excellent location to the Miami Cruiseport. I would return to this hotel even if I don’t go on a cruise. You are a total resort all in one. Great pool. Great food. Beautiful rooms. Did I mention the views?

The reception and the reception manager were both excellent.
All services were excellent, as was the great attention given to reception and other services, In terms of room and bathroom cleanliness, as well as the hotel's location, all services are close by.

Excellent facility. Restaurant ToroToro is world-class; food there is also such a draw! I could go on and on- Reception staff, Bell team, Concierge, Cleaning team- each team is superb.
