There for an overnight before a cruise. Weather was imisually very cold for Miami. Stay was fine, except the lobby was absolut
I am visually impaired and everything nin the lobby was the same color and blended in. Walked right into a pillar because it didnt stand out. Also stairs in lobby were hard to me also. Would recommend colorful large plants by pillars and other places where walls are and something to help with seeing stairs. Thought pillows could have been much softer for that type of hotel. Restaurant overpriced and limited. Did not care for.

Best customer service
The location is amazing so close to the bayside market, with. A gorgeous view of the cruise port. The room is nice but the washroom is even better you can have a dance party in there. We stayed for one night before our cruise and loved it. The best part was the princess treatment. The valet guys were so sweet especially Mario he made my family feel taken care of. The bellhop staff also but Henroy made it memorable. So smiley and caring. Claudia at the front desk was also so sweet and attentive. I will definitely be back.

First time in Miami and the hotel totally wow’ed us! Perfect location to go explore the Bayside area, see the fountains etc. We stayed here for one night before our cruise with Virgin Voyages. It was only a quick taxi ride to the port. As UK IHG members, we were super impressed with the whole experience. Great coffee shop on the ground floor. Would definitely stay here again as we really enjoyed the area and perfect location as we are also definitely doing more cruises. Evening go to Bayside area for vibes, food and drinks! We were in room 2727 king double, superb view.
