Wonderful Stay Over New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Intercontinental Miami hotel. The room was fabulous, with a view of the cruise port, harbor, and Bayside park. The view was especially good for the New Year's Eve fireworks display as we could see all of the fireworks in the Miami area. We also enjoyed the club level. The food and drinks were great, as was the service from Andre, Melania, and Patricia. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family experience spetacular
Location, Rooms, cleanliness, service, amenities, noise level, room view, value, experience. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

IHG Intercontinental Miami location was a perfect layover choice for our upcoming couples cruise vacation. The hotels upscale charm was more than welcoming. Our ocean view room definitely got us off to a great start. Club lounge access is a must in my opinion. Fantastic and friendly service.

Exceptional experience all around
We had the absolute best experience at the Intercontinental club lounge. It is located on the 29th floor and it is absolutely stunning, overlooking the views of downtown Miami. Andre and Patricia took excellent care of us in the lounge- they were the absolute best! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Club Lounge at Intercontinental Miami
The Club Lounge at Intercontinental Miami is absolutely amazing! The alcohol offerings are very good and the staff maintaining that area are extremely friendly. The lightdinner offering was exceptional with chicken Marcella and the trimmings. This area is very large and has an amazing view as well. Two thumbs up!
