Wonderful hotel with the comfiest beds and pillows. We had a one night stay here before picking up our cruise and wished we could have stayed longer. The lobby itself its gorgeous with plenty of eating/areas. The room we had was overlooking the marina, it had a great big picture window which was fantastic for looking out over the marina. The room itself was spotlessly clean and the beds were amazing! There were 6 pillows on each bed and they were the best pillows I have ever slept on. The bathroom was lovely, very modern and clean and the shower was great as were the toiletries. The only downside was the shower curtain, I hate shower curtains in general but it was no big deal really. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room which to be honest I don't find to be a bonus, I would prefer a kettle etc as I never manage to get a decent cup of coffee out of these machines. Other than that I could not fault this hotel at all. Journey time from the hotel to the Port was around 15 minutes and cost approximately $30 in a taxi.

From the moment we parked at the front of the hotel to the very last moment of our departure, everything and everyone was top notch. We enjoyed our stay so much and the amenities are 100%. The property is very well taken care of, very clean, the personnel so friendly and inviting, our room had an amazing water view. Thanks to Andre and his team for arranging everything and giving us a very nice surprise for our two years wedding anniversary. We were blown away with the details that made our experience so memorable that we will definitely be back. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! To the whole team.

First class experience from start to finish at the best location in Miami. The service, facilities, cleanliness, room, food & beverage, amenities, and location were outstanding....5 stars all the way around. The view from the room was stunning, especially at sunrise and the automated blind control by the bed was super convenient. Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, parks, and activities. (Miami Riverwalk, Bayfront Park, Biscayne Bay waterfront, Brickell City Centre). Close to Big Bus Miami Hop-On Hop-Off Tour stop for convenient transportation to all major attractions/districts with no parking hassles. We could not have picked a better spot in Miami to enjoy our anniversary!

My mother & I had a wonderful & relaxing quick getaway in Miami. Our main purpose was to see a Marlins baseball game which despite the end result we had a fantastic time! We went with my mother's cousin Sharon who did a fantastic job as a tour guide but was also the reason we chose to stay at the Intercontinental Hotel because she had worked there a number of years ago. We had easy access to the waterfront tours, used the free MetroMover transit system to explore the Frost Science Museum/Aquarium which was very cool, and we were fairly close to LoanDepot Park so the Marlins game was only a short Uber ride away. We are so thankful for the excellent service provided by everyone at the hotel but especially the concierge team. Eduardo Rosello treated us like family from start to finish, explaining all the amenities that they offer & made sure we had a discount for the boat tour as well! We enjoyed both the breakfast & afternoon tea service at Club Intercontinental & the BlueWater pool was beautiful! The room itself was exceptionally clean with more pillows than we knew what to do with. Also David and the rest of the valet & doorman crew were always polite, helpful and friendly! Thank you again to everyone at the Intercontinental Hotel!
