Very Good experience with the breakfast restaurant staff. Especially with Eliana. She was amazing with all guests. She ‘s very professional and makes your stay a pleasant one.

Wonderful location on the waterfront in Miami, close to Bayfront Park, and the Metromover public transit. The hotel is elegant, quiet, with a large and spacious pool area. Two things would make this property better- an airport shuttle service, and a shuttle service for cruise passengers. We had to use Uber for both.

Hotel itself is nice, as expected of a 5 star hotel. Location is great with lively views. Service was underwhelming I would say but seems to be on par with US levels. Had club lounge access and wanted to charge for having breakfast in the main restaurant. We were only allowed to eat in the lounge. Asked for cappuccino during breakfast (in main restaurant) to be told that was extra. I’ve never experienced a situation where you couldn’t have a cappuccino or latte with breakfast. The breakfast itself wasn’t anything special at all. Staff at reception were kind of short and terse at times although bar staff and concierge etc were all friendly. Probably wouldn’t stay again as I don’t feel my status (Diamond Ambassador) was really recognised and felt the service was mediocre.

From the baggage handlers to the front desk person, I felt like royalty the moment I stepped onto the property. The location is a nice walk from Bayfront Market and many boat tours. The room was comfortable and beautiful, and I felt secure.
