Two relatively small issues to note about our otherwise nice stay for 2 nights. First, the minibar was not operational and despite the hotel maintenance attempts it could not be opened. Second, the hotel rooms do not have any complimentary bottles of water - only bottles that could be purchased from the minibar. I went to the front desk hoping to get some water and the desk clerk said to would delivered shortly. After a 30 minute wait a room service waiter showed up with two bottled waters totaling $19 including the service charge and taxes. Pretty pricey for bedside water bottles. In fairness to the hotel, I support their efforts for better sustainability and they do provide a refilling station in the lobby for water bottles. I just wish we could have avoided the room service charges. Oh, and add insult to injury, we received a follow up bill from the hotel for a $9 mini-bar item, although our mini-bar was inoperable during our whole stay. Please don’t let your accounting staff negatively impact the guest experience like this.

Excellent experience. It’s a beautiful hotel and everyone from the front desk, to the spa and restaurants and the 29th floor lounge was wonderful. Special recognition to Jacqueline who was so kind and attentive every time we visited the lounge.

Beautiful Hotel with impressive customer service. Everyone at this hotel worked in a professional and accommodating manor. All staff from our check in clerk, doorman, valet and concierge were a pleasure to deal with. Room was clean fully stocked with anything you could possibly want.
