Alberto is the best waiter ever. He takes care of the croissants (among many other things) and these were the best croissants I had in time. I also should say that I’m impressed by his gentleness and professionalism.

Nice hotel with decent size rooms and bathrooms. The products in the bathroom are phenomenal, all Byredo product. 😍 customer service was lovely and the hotel is very well up-kept. Pool is on the smaller side but has a nice view. Close to downtown business district versus Miami Beach area. My only pause is the cost of parking at $62 a night. Wow.

Great location. Comfy beds ,excelent breakfast. The only concern the elevators always crowded so you have to take your time when you are going to your room.
