A very good experience, I had an incredible time and Jorge's service was very pleasant. He is a good, polite and helpful guy. He helped me with my luggage and was always attentive. I would definitely return many times for the excellent service he offered me!

Excellent Vacation
Eduardo is always so helpful with our bags, his customer service is superb. It’s always a pleasure to see Eduardo’s smile and to know that we have been visiting each year we are so happy to return to the Epic and see the loyal workers. Lucas has displayed excellent customer service and leads the front desk with the customer in mind. We thank the entire EPIC team for all that you do to make our vacation stay so memorable.
