Disappointed with the amenities

I had read goid reviews and looked at the beautiful photos and booked through Amex but the experience did not match my expectations. First they do not provide tea/coffee machine- when I asked for it they provided a Nespresso (inconvenient for a tea drinker). The water pressure is pathetic and they do not prode a shower cap. Though we booked through Amex they did not allow late check out. Though there were three of us, only a small tube of body wash was provided!

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was fresh every morning. Loved the pool area and how close the hotel is to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic experience and perfect location. The front desk staff are second to none and extremely helpful. The valets are great. A wonderful first experience at Kimpton.
