Kimpton EPIC Hotel

Amazing experience, from the views to access to hospitality 10/10. The front desk employees helped me once my flight was delayed and ultimately canceled. Adley is a great asset to have in the Kimpton family. Thank you once again.

Went for a birthday weekend! The food and beverage at Area 31 was awesome - I had the tuna wanton tacos and nachos, delicious pool food. Service at the front desk was attentive and efficient. They sent me an amenity for the birthday as well which was a nice touch. Shout out to Archie and Monica! Recommend upgrading to the water view one bedroom suite!

Our stay at Kimpton EPIC Miami was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, attentive service that made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. A special shoutout to Alejandro, who went above and beyond to help us get settled into our room. He was incredibly gracious, personable, and helpful at every turn. His attention to detail and genuine willingness to assist made such a positive impression and really elevated our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the overall hospitality was top-notch. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in creating a memorable experience for their guests. Everything about my stay at Kimpton was great. Any issues were resolved quickly and at no further disruption to my party.
