I'll be back
Left my cruise and was able to check into my room early. Plus the staff was nice ( something not too present here in MIA). Special shout out to my bellsman Jhonathan. Thanks for looking out for me for my BDay 🫡

I had an epic experience at the Kimpton epic hotel. It is definitely my go to when I’m in Miami. The service and location was absolutely perfect and accessible to everything. You’re close to everything yet far enough away from some of the nuances that Miami’s nightlife can entail. Service at area 31 is incredible. I’d recommend the shrimp and lobster wraps. Rudy’s service element was exceptional. He made sure my breakfast was executed correctly. Most importantly, My experience was highlighted by David Gil, the gentleman who helped me with my baggage and was very knowledgeable about advising me of nearby gyms and places that I can enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel and their impeccable staff!

Amazing stay
Overall the stay was amazing with a great view, breakfast was great the server was Coronado, and valet at checking out was above and beyond by Jean Baptiste.

Incredible stay. Upgraded room. Crib waiting for us upon arrival. Front desk staff always available and helpful. Jhonathan was very helpful with bags and advice. Breakfast excellent. Pool was nice.
