Kimpton EPIC Hotel

Absolutely amazing. Extremely accommodating the staff was extremely kind and helpful through the whole stay. Our waiter at the restaurant seda was absolutely fantastic she gave us amazing recommendations and was able to answer every question we had about the drink menu and the food menu she was very nice and made us feel very comfortable throughout dinner! our valet Jean Baptiste was extremely kind and quick with our car. The room was extremely clean and beautiful! The view from our balcony on the 30th floor was beautiful as well! The hotel is beautiful and clean I would say very worth your time and money!

I had such a great experience with the valet service! The valet attendant was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. He greeted me right away with a smile, was very polite, and handled my car with great care. When I returned, my car was pulled up and ready to go, quick and seamless. It’s rare to find service this genuine and courteous these days. Thank you for making my visit so easy and pleasant!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and perfect location. The pools were gorgeous, beautiful views all over. We have fallen in love with this hotel and definitely will be back.

My stay at the Kimpton Epic Hotel in downtown Miami. The experience was an amazing one. The hotel was beautiful and with amazing staff. The front desk staff was excellent with my needs or concerns. I want to point out one of my favorite experiences was with the valet staff Jean Baptiste. Mr. Baptiste, was extremely helpful and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view. The pool deck is beautiful and the spa treatments are amazing there. I would totally be returning very soon with my friends and family. I’m going to recommend the Kimpton Epic Hotel to everyone I know that’s visiting Miami.
