Do Not Stay here. I booked this Hotel with AMEX " The Hotel Collection" that offered Benefits that this Hotel did not honor. For Example The Late Checkout & Room Upgrade. The Front Staff was extremely Rude and their Attitude were not Positive towards their guests and gave a disrespectful attitude.

Was super excited whilst my mum and sister were visiting in Scotland to stay at this hotel in Miami. Everything was great. However, was told from the bellman that we should tell the reception when we wanted the sofa bed taken down for the nights rest. My elderly mother decided not to come to dinner and went back to the room. She slept in the double bed. My sister and I went out to dinner and told the reception to please make up the sofa bed. We got home around 1am and the bed had not been taken down and there were no bed linen in the hotel room itself. We didn’t want to wake our mother and so my sister slept in the bed with her and I slept on the couch, with a dressing gown as a blanket. This was disapointing.

V windy pool with noisy works. In 2 days no service offered. Night barman on his phone for 5 mins. Plastic cutlery at meal far from pool. No coffee in rooms. Guest service line always engaged. 10m wait for breakfast when half full. Needs work.
