Great customer service
I had a wonderful stayed at Kimpton Epic Hotel downtown Miami. The place is awesome with amazing staffs from valet ramp to front desk. Everyone was doing a great job. Jean Baptiste was approached me with kindness and professional skills. Jean Baptiste went above his duties to make feel comfortable. Jean Baptiste was very friendly and professional. I would like to recommend Kimpton Epic hotel to other people and I will be back soon.

Top Line. Highly Recommended
What an Awesome Experience Eduardo the Bellman was amazing. Lots of bags we had and young kids . He sorted us well. Felt like home. Michael was awesome. Sylvia and Yanetsi made sure our Room is always top of line. With young kids this was super helpful The whole team was extremely kind and this is most important aspect especially when you are with young family and from overseas. We will keep on coming back. What an awesome Stay . Thank you & God Bless

I came with my family to celebrate my wife's birthday, and at the front desk, we were assisted by Domenica—a truly lovely person. Birthday Trip
This was our first time at the Kimpton. The room was nice clean and a great view. Everything about the hotel was top notch. Will definitely visit again. We love Miami.
