I love this property! It is in a perfect location. The staff are amazing! Special thank you to Jean Baptiste from valet, he is always so friendly and courteous and always remembers to put my seat back to it's original place!

Walk through for a three days event. Everything was outstanding. Catherine was on time and on top of everything. From the valet parking, to the conference room, everything was great. My valet, Jean Baptiste was the best!

The location was great with walking distance to Brickell, downtown, local port with outdoor market to get on the boat ride to view the millionaires mansion. There were small issues that hotel staff addressed immediately. Room service prices were reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable. Cannot beat the beautiful view from the room. I would return.
