This was my second time at the hotel and I have to say that it was not good as the previous one. We travel to this destination to rest for a few days before I give birth. One day prior to my arrival I was informed that some parts of the hotel like the pool area were under repair, but they promised that noise will not affect us. Absolutely not true. Noise was so strong that they played music super loud so we cannot hear. Not sure what was worst! Not only that, noise was also heart form the room. So basically there was no space at the hotel to rest. We escaped a couple of times to the beach, but weather was not on our side the rest of the days. It’s ok that hotel needs to make repairs. We understand that. What is not ok it’s that we are not informed of that with the necessary time so we can decide whether to keep our reservation or change it. Knowing this 1 day prior to our arrival made as felt hostage of the situation. We paid the full daily rate as if the hotel was given us a 100% quality service, and they weren’t. The only compensation received was a late check out and a day of free umbrella in the beach, after complaining. For a reservation of 9 nights. I don’t think this is fair or even acceptable for a hotel of this quality. On the positive side, I want to highlight the service of the valet parking supervisor. Jamrson Ostine did a great job and made us feel well served!

I loved Breanna she was so helpful with everything from helping us get a shared ride to getting waters in our room she was so kind and helpful. I love tombs hotel it has so many amenities I will be back.

poolside fun with golf competition.. most of us around the pool took part and it was great fun! Derick led us and was very welcoming.

Manuel, PJ, and Corey on the beach were amazing! The whole place smells like sandalwood and is super vibey with funky music and boho aesthetic.

I had an amazing time at the surf coma during the yoga class. I also came yesterday for the pool golf. Both were fantastic. It’s so fun that they have all these fun activations here. The hotel is beautiful. The lobby is stunning and the bar has the best drinks looking forward to spending more time here in the future
