Great Hotel and Pool Games
Beautiful hotel! Played an amazing game of Uno by the pool with Sandro. Such a cool way to spend my afternoon. Would highly recommend.

Great service, almost a great stay, but…
It was almost a perfect stay. I was received by John the bellman and throughout my stay, he went above and beyond. I stayed almost a week and good service was consistent until the weekend. The pool on Saturday 8 was rowdy and out of control. It wasn’t about the loud music or the amount of people but the rudeness and lack of attention by staff. People were jumping from the small cascade wall, the volleyball hit people, horse playing was throughout the pool. Convenience store alcohol was abundant. No one enforced any rules, if there are any. I thought I was at an all you can drink frat pool party. For three hours, there wasn’t any towels. The service attitude was also bad at Social bar, dampening the great service I received at breakfast.
