This is a great little hotel located right in the middle of South Beach just steps away from the beach. As soon as you arrive you are greeted at the door and assisted inside. The hotel lobby has a welcoming atmosphere and the staff is quick to assist. During the evenings they had complimentary wine and snacks provided as well as coffee, teas and snacks in the morning. We spent many mornings and evenings just sitting in the lobby area esiting for dinner or other activities. The pool area is well kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed three days and each time we arrived we were quickly helped and brought to chairs. The wait staff in the pool area are very friendly and quick to assist. We especially liked Fernando, who supervised the area. He made the stay very welcoming. The only downside was that a lot of locals used the pool area, which made for a crowded experience at times especially on the weekend. The rest of the outside area beyond the pool is very nice, with live music, a bar and plenty of seating. Cabanas are available for purchase if you like. You can exit and enter the property with your room key right onto the boardwalk and step onto the beach which was very nice. The in house restaurant is small but very accommodating with an attached bar. The rooms are not large by any means, but with everything the hotel has to offer, why would you stay in the room anyways. There were very limited plugs both AC and USB. We had to do some unplugging of things to use our chargers. The noise level was almost nonexistent to us on the third floor. This location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, yet far enough away from the club area that noise is not an issue. We were able to take a few minute share ride to the night life scene only a handful of blocks away. Overall this is a nice little kept secret in the middle of South Beach. We will definitely stay here again, just for the staff and atmosphere alone.
