Beautiful hotel great rooms and service. Madison and Jason were great The hotel is located right on the Coco walk quiet and peaceful area. We visited nearby attractions and had a wonderful wedding service here. The air conditioning was great throughout the heat.

Beautiful hotel. Very scenic with gardens throughout, perfect location in heart of Coconut Grove, wonderful spacious room and well appointed. There is a nice bar and coffee shop in the lobby. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. And the staff has been very attentive.

I attended a wedding in May 2024 in Coral Gables. I stayed at the Mayfair when I was in the area for the wedding. Carlos was working the valet and Mainor Perez helped me with my luggage to my room. Mainor was so accommodating and helped me get settled in. Carlos was also accommodating when I had challenges with my Uber App and having my car loaded and ready for me when I was leaving. Both these gentlemen were professional and accommodating! So thank you MainorPerez and Carlos for helping make my stay a positive experience!

This was my second stay and it continued to be a great only. Only feedback on the room was that I had a tub shower and much of the water got outside the tub from my showers and then dripped on the floor. The amenities and the staff overall were amazing as always. Jason W In particular was gracious to hold my bags while I had breakfast before leaving and helped me track down my Uber!! Hospitality and courtesy to my attentiveness seen throughout my stay With Jason! I will definitely recommend!

Dreamy experience! Loved the design of every space and all the plants. It feels alive and the mood is unbeatable. Just a couple of quirks: Rooms didn’t have any “do not disturb” hangers or anything similar so that was a bit odd. I had to let them know directly if I didn’t want to be disturbed so that wasn’t the best. But everything else was wonderful. The lobby staff was helpful and kind. David & Jason were great!
