Amazing
The location was great, the facilities were so nice and the staff was amazing. Fabian was one of the first people to greet me at the front door and was so helpful in giving me directions and helping me to get settled. And then David warmly welcomed me as he checked me in. His enthusiasm and focus on me as a customer brightened my day and made me look forward to a great stay.

Amazing welcoming staff
David was amazing and so welcoming as was the rest of the staff - from the valet to the maintenance man who helped me in the elevator. Just checking in, can’t wait to explore but so far an 11/10!

Fabian the valet was awesome, and the staff was very helpful. The room was beautiful, not to mention the pool on the rooftop by the bar.

Great stay thanks to an outstanding service
I stayed at The Mayfair House at the end of September and wanted to share my experience. While there were a few discrepancies during my stay, I was truly impressed by how professionally and proactively the staff handled everything. Everyone I encountered was caring, attentive, and committed to making sure I had a comfortable visit. especially want to highlight Fabian from the valet team. He went above and beyond every single time, making each arrival and departure smooth and effortless. His kindness and professionalism made a noticeable difference in my stay, and I genuinely appreciated it.
