Our experience at the hotel

My experience at The Mayflower was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hostess Patricia Moreno was very friendly and she brought us the coffee right away at breakfast before we ordered . Emily Paz the server was very polite and accommodated us with our food restrictions and explained the area to us. Both these employees should be recognized for their outstanding hospitality to me.

Dear Mr..Mitchell , I met Patricia the student from Madrid at Sip Sip rooftop of the hotel This beautiful human being welcomed me with warmth . You could immediately could she genuinely cares and engaged and loves at what she is doing ! Patricia is a blessing to your hotel and make great contribution. It’s wonderful having her around and hopefully she will be here next time we’re back 🙏🏻 Thanks Ana ❤️

I love this hotel. It’s charming. I love the decor has all the right Miami vibes. The staff is really friendly. We had a hostess at the grill that was super sweet and accommodating. Her name was Patricia. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
