Mayfair House Hotel & Garden

Terrific stay at the Mayfair. To a person the team is fantastic, the location perfect and the roof beautiful. Ozzy, Landan, Iris, and D’Angelo were particularly friendly and helpful.

Osvaldo was very helpful and got me checked in quickly. I loved the hospitality as he welcomed me into the hotel for my birthday stay.

The Mayfair House is one of our favorite places and has been since our daughter attended the University of Miami for law school. We had plans for Labor Day weekend that fell apart and last minute we were able to get two rooms in our favorite resort. From the moment we arrived with our two goldendoodles, we were treated like family. David, the concierge/desk clerk, went above and beyond during our stay. He helped relieve our stress and made our visit the best we’ve had to date! His colleague, Ariana, was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. When I say David went the extra mile, he had someone walk me across with an umbrella to Cocowalk so I wouldn’t get wet on my way to dinner. I happened to cut my finger and he provided multiple options to take care of my cut, including alcohol swabs and Band-Aids. He sent water to our room, took care of our luggage for us. Any need we had was immediately met by him or Ariana. The hotel also was not charging pet fees which made this even more friendly for our family. We had never brought the dogs in the past, but we sure will in the future! His sense of humor was the icing on the cake. It is without reservation that our family recommends the Mayfair House and we hope that both of these wonderful employees are given some recognition for the incredible service they provide. If we could give more than five stars we would! Thank you for a wonderful Labor Day weekend.

Our 3rd anniversary was coming up, do I surprised my girlfriend with a stay at her dreamiest hotel, the Mayfair House. I found a deal for the Deluxe Eden Studio, which was what I could afford with the minimum she wanted (the bathtub). However, to MY surprise, when checking in, David upgraded our stay FOR FREE to the largest room available--the Grand Luxe Corner Suite! It was massive and included the bathtub, a giant swiveling TV, and a piano. This amazing touch let me play the piece I wrote for her, live. Everything in the suite was absolutely perfect. Quiet, beautiful lighting, whole-wall windows. It was our dream come true. David even included two free welcome drinks! We were able to get the drinks we love at the rooftop pool without even having to pay. The hotel itself was impeccable, everything from the lush tropical atmosphere to the easy valet service. Thank you David again for making this occasion so, SO much more special than I had planned!
