The staff is well trained to provide excellent service. Service is coordinated through the front desk which works well. The restaurant is delightful- attractive great service and food. Well located. Can walk to many shops restaurants etc nearby. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful hotel and staff. In particular I wish to praise Manager Jonathan Paul who has been especially kind, considerate, efficient and outstanding. He immediately established a personal connection and was amazingly responsive. We stay here all the time! Stephen P. Haber, Ann Jackler

Mr. C has been great. The rooms and service has been wonderful. Spent an entire afternoon at the pool with Abel and he provided incredible service! Would definitely come back just to relax at the pool again.

Another amazing trip to Miami. Skip south beach and head to Coconut Grove. This hotel does NOT have an employee who does not have smile all the time, ask you how your day was and ask you if you need anything. Everyone at the front desk is amazing but Roberto rocks!!! Houskeeeping is always on point and how can you forget the staff upstairs at Bellini and the food. We cant wait to come back to visit our daughter living there (she offered for us to stay with her but lets be honest the Chocolates at Mr. C are better 😂 )

I gave it a five because there were no deficiencies, but the travelers need to know this is a boutique hotel that lacked some of the amenities of larger properties, but the highlights are a rooftop pool looking out over the bay. Bellini’s is a top-tier restaurant where you can have breakfast in the morning and look out at the water as well as fine dining in the evening the gym is small, but highly functional and there is a cool Outdoor café patio area upon entry. The rooms are quite small, but well appointed.
