Able and Joseph could not have been more attentive or friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect days by the pool.

Noise central!
Great staff! But don’t stay there unless you want to hear Club music from next store pumping till 3am. Rooms are not at all sound proof. Restaurant up top was great! As was pool. But for this price point we wanted some sleep!

Effortless Luxury with a Personal Touch at Mr. C
I had such a great experience at Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove. From the second I walked in, everything just felt right. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth (not that forced hotel friendliness), and the welcome drink was such a nice touch after traveling. The room was super clean, beautifully styled, and honestly just felt peaceful. You can tell they care about the details — everything was polished but still comfortable. Anytime we needed something, the front desk was quick, helpful, and easy to deal with. It’s rare to stay somewhere that feels both upscale and relaxed at the same time, but Mr. C nailed it. If you’re heading to Miami and want somewhere that delivers across the board, this is it. I’ll definitely be back.

Noisy, Loud Rooms, Bad Service
The rooms are extremely noisy as the s are paper thin. Also, the security and staff smell of marijuana when they deliver things to your room. Not exactly 4 or 5 star quality. There are 3 managers, all of which are rude and arrogant. Terrible service. I will stay at a real 5 star hotel next time. Try the Mayfair hotel where they have actually good service, or four seasons.
