At Trump International Beach Resort Miami, it is believed the best memories are made at the beach. Not impressed
Hotel is nice.Staff is attentive. However, we checked in on Fri afternoon. The next to us had ordered room service and trays were outside in hall. When we checked out Sunday at 11am the trays were still there. For 3 days no one picked up tray. Also we had a handicap room- no problem but we had a shower curtain with mold and mildew on it. Pretty gross.

Amazing hotel amazing staff!
Amazing hotel m, clean, stunning with great staff! We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our road trip around Florida (Orlando and the Keys) family travelling from the UK. We booked a 2 bedroom ocean front suite and it was absolutely bresthtaking ! We love Trump so to stay here was great! The suite was huge with comfy beds and plenty of room. Fully equipped kitchen however would have been better if had decent size mugs (as us British like a large coffee in the morning) not a small espresso. The bathrooms were lovely. The morning view watching the sunrise from the 2 balconies was stunning. Pools were great and beach was very clean. Staff were fab! Especially in the concierge where I asked in advance where it’s a good place to take my children trick-or-treating and got some great recommendations. We had room services a couple of times as was easier with the children and the food was lovely and not bad priced for a hotel especially room service. Would definitely come back and recommend to others all in all great service. Only thing I would suggest is a more wider menu to suite vegetarians and children and larger mugs in the room. But small snags! We loved it!! Thank you for making the end of our travels so special!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and friendly. The beach area and pool area were very clean. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I look forward to enjoying some spa treatments.

Of all resorts Trump Resort is the cream of the crop. I felt like a queen with the treatment. Service was great, the bell hops were great, the employees were great, and the beach was always clean. Drinks were delivered on the beach and our glasses never got empty. This will be the only place I stay when I'm in Florida.
