The hotel is extremely dated and the service is uneven at best. The pool staff and our housekeepers did a nice job. The valet is chaotic. The elevators take a long time and often one is out of order. The front desk and bell staff both struggle with customer service and reliability.

The hotel is great and we have been coming over the years many times but a renovation is definitely overdue! I wish the next time we come back the hotel has gone through necessary improvements.

Everything was great from start to finish. The service was professional, the staff was friendly, and everything was well organized. I really liked the overall experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Currently staying at Trump International Beach Resort, Sunny Isles to celebrate our anniversary, and while I can see some improvement compared to our stay in 2021 (when COVID affected many services), this experience has been mixed at best. Many staff members around the property are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk. Our room was not ready at the official check-in time, and no timeline was provided. After multiple follow-ups with the front desk, we finally received a room at 6:00 PM. My only request was for a quiet room, yet I was woken up early this morning by extremely loud drilling directly outside our window, with workers on suspended scaffolding — and the noise has continued throughout the day. When I contacted the front desk, the response was simply: “Yes, we know there’s construction going on.” The offered resolution was to comp one day of parking, which hardly addresses the disruption. To make matters worse, the hot water in the room is barely warm. When I mentioned this, the response was that I should have reported it at the same time as the noise complaint — no apology, no concern, just deflection. This level of service is disappointing, especially when paying $600+ per night. For a resort at this price point, basic hospitality, communication, and accountability should be a given.

We spent a week at Trump International Hotel in Miami for my mom’s 80th birthday and had the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. The front desk was rude and unaccommodating, even after requesting early check‑in. Housekeeping failed to replenish basic items like towels and toilet paper. For a suite costing $2,000–$3,000 per night (plus $500+ for a second room), the quality was shockingly poor. My dad has trouble walking, yet the elevator from the beach to the pool has been broken for ages with no plans to fix it. Our toilet overflowed with water gushing from both the tank and bowl, and my husband had to wade through it to shut it off. The carpet stayed soaked for the rest of our stay. When we reported everything, the manager showed zero sympathy and offered only four breakfasts for seven guests. Even after his supervisor promised breakfast for all and late checkout, we were locked out of our room on checkout day. Beautiful property, but the staff simply does not care about their guests. We will not return.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and friendly. The beach area and pool area were very clean. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I look forward to enjoying some spa treatments.

Of all resorts Trump Resort is the cream of the crop. I felt like a queen with the treatment. Service was great, the bell hops were great, the employees were great, and the beach was always clean. Drinks were delivered on the beach and our glasses never got empty. This will be the only place I stay when I'm in Florida.
