Trump International Beach Resort

Amazing hotel m, clean, stunning with great staff! We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our road trip around Florida (Orlando and the Keys) family travelling from the UK. We booked a 2 bedroom ocean front suite and it was absolutely bresthtaking ! We love Trump so to stay here was great! The suite was huge with comfy beds and plenty of room. Fully equipped kitchen however would have been better if had decent size mugs (as us British like a large coffee in the morning) not a small espresso. The bathrooms were lovely. The morning view watching the sunrise from the 2 balconies was stunning. Pools were great and beach was very clean. Staff were fab! Especially in the concierge where I asked in advance where it’s a good place to take my children trick-or-treating and got some great recommendations. We had room services a couple of times as was easier with the children and the food was lovely and not bad priced for a hotel especially room service. Would definitely come back and recommend to others all in all great service. Only thing I would suggest is a more wider menu to suite vegetarians and children and larger mugs in the room. But small snags! We loved it!! Thank you for making the end of our travels so special!

We just got back from staying at the hotel for 4 days. Pros: Staff very nice, helpful & seem happy to be working there. Room was very spacious, ready when we checked in and they gave us late chk out. Beach is nice and very clean. The beach rest is great, we had lunch there twice. Def recommend. If you are traveling w/someone who has food allergies you know how stressful it can be. I have never been to another resort aside from the Ritz that is so proactive and trained on this issue. So I give them big props for that. The elevators are also quick! Cons:The pools and surrounding areas are very dated and in need of a serious renovation. Does not look like the photos from the website. Only 1 of the 4 hot tubs were running. 2 looked like they were closed years ago. (The servers, food and bar were good) I also thought it was weird they don't have complim coffee in lobby. Most hotels do. (not talking about instant coffee in room). The spa was closed which was never mentioned on website or when we chked in. Have an amazing spa next door. The hotel is cheaper than nicer ones close by so if you would rather pay less and use yr money for restaurants, spas etc. It's a good choice. If you want a nice modern hotel I would look at the one next door but big price diff.

I am currently here and incredibly underwhelmed. To start when I booked, Expedia listed this in my search for South Beach hotels. I booked as it was reasonably priced and pics looked good. Upon checking in at 5:45pm we were told our room was not ready despite them being slow because they only rent a certain set of rooms out during their slow season and were short on house keeping. As we walked the hotel while waiting we noticed the property is very dated along with the rooms. The hot tub was not on nor hot at 7:30pm, had to turn on and wait for it to heat up. We decided to go to dinner on property after the hot tub which didn’t come to fruition since it was not quite hot. -I didn’t have high expectations considering all that occurred and observed prior but I will say the Sushi restaurant was surprisingly good. I am considering taking a loss and booking somewhere else tomorrow. Traveler beware, the rooms are liken to like a nice Best Western.

The valet manager, Diego and his team were amazing. They made transitioning too and from the hotel a breeze. Everyone was so nice and accommodating!
