Disappointed - gone downhill
Gone downhill from when we stayed here a couple of years ago. Good location and happy hour for wine is great and the rooftop is nice. But…we’re staying in the old tower this time and it’s really not very nice. The bathroom door doesn’t shut in our room, it’s a single sink, water pressure is not great at all, smaller room, and to top it off a hotel staff member barged into our room without knocking whilst we were in there at 11am, he screamed and then shut the door. No apology or anything. I would now not recommend this hotel sadly.
