Good value for the money
Great to the price, nice room and location, but overall it need some "refreching"... toilet is not working every time, floor is worn, house keeper forgot to leave soap and coffe... The very big plus is the pool area, where Doris (the staff) greets you with a lovely smile, takes really good care of you and meets your every wish, he elevates the whole experience to 5 stars. Thank you Doris ❤️

Impeccable customer service from Heidy Receptionist
I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Heidy the Receptionist for her help on my recent stay at Uma House. Sept 2025 - I needed a Taxi to attend a food tour in Havana. I explained to her that I wouldn't be able to go to the food tour with the metered Taxi prices. Heidy went out of her way to help me. She downloaded the Lyft app to my phone & used her log in to help book me a Taxi to get there & back to the hotel. I’m not too confident with IT things so I was very grateful for her help. She actually said to me “You can’t not go as you have already booked this”. She was so helpful & caring & a lovely person for doing this for me. 💕 I had a great time on the food tour & if it wasnt for Heidy’s help I wouldn't have been able to attend. Her exceptional customer service skills helped me to enjoy my holiday & I felt it right to pass this information onto you as the manager of Uma & hope she receives some kind of credit to her in a positive light. We need more people like Heidy who go out of their way to help others and make a real difference in this world. Again thank you directly to Heidy for all the help she gave me that day to make my trip to Havana possible. Heidy is a beautiful lady & person. 🌷 Yours Sincerely Barbara

Dario(bartender) at the pool, made the whole trip. He’s so nice & so welcoming. It was very delightful. Service is 100% because of him.

Jacob was very nice and very friendly with us.Service was fast and organized. Weather was amazing but most of all service on the beach was great.
