Dario was the best! We spend full days near the pool and he was the coolest kindest chicest bartender! Highly recommend vacation spot in Miami. Uma is the best!!

Stayed at Uma House for 2 nights with my sister before going onto our cruise. On arrival we were met by Prisala & Alejo they were very welcoming friendly & professional. Norhing was too much trouble. The hotel is in an ideal location near to a range of different resturants where you can have breakfast lunch & dinner & within walking distance of the beach. Reception is nicely decorated & the bedroom is equipoed with all that you need also in neutral colours . I must say the bed was very comfortable i had best night sleep. The roof top pool & bar is an added bonus especially free happy hour for drinks. There is a lovely atmosphere about this hotel. Stayed at Uma House by Yurbban South Beach and honestly had mixed feelings. First thing you only get two 500 ml bottles of water in the room. If you want more for tea or coffee you have to go downstairs to the lobby and refill them at a dispenser, and you’re given cardboard cups to drink from which feels a bit cheap for a hotel stay. I also reported that my wife cut her foot on a damaged, warped laminate surface in the room. The response was just “I’ll inform my manager” and nothing further was said. Then two days after checkout I was emailed a $12 charge for peanuts from the minibar — there were no peanuts in the room and we definitely didn’t eat any. After several emails they refunded it, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. On the positive side, the hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious, although the decor feels a bit worn and feels more like a hostel than a hotel. Overall: comfortable enough stay, but small issues and incorrect charges left a bad impression.

Amazing stay at Uma House! The pool is beautiful, walkable to the beach with 2 beach chairs included, free wine at 5 (slay)! The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff were kind and accommodating. Special thanks to the manager Guido as well as Alejo and Valentina for making our stay so wonderful! We will be back again:)
