Unbelievable stay at UMA House! Location was great!! Very clean and spacious! Lots of amenities. Amazingly friendly staff!! Happy to be in the UMA family!

The best hotel experience ever! Clean, great service and location (close to the beach) and very complete (gym and pool). We felt very comfortable and had an amazing overall experience.

I stayed at Uma Hotel and genuinely had such an amazing experience from start to finish. First off, the rooms were spacious, modern, and super clean, you can tell everything is freshly renovated. The bathroom was new and clean and overall the space just felt really fresh and cozy at the same time. It wasn’t one of those hotels where it looks cute online but is run-down in person- this place actually exceeded expectations. One thing I really appreciated is how safe it felt, especially as two girls traveling. The elevators and entry door required key access, so no one can just randomly walk in off the street, which gave us a ton of peace of mind. The vibe in the whole hotel is calm and secure, even with it being in a busy part of town. There’s also a rooftop areathat’s super cute if you want to chill for a bit before heading out. We ended up arriving way earlier than check-in time and were honestly just hoping to store our bags, but they let us check in early with no issue, which was such a relief after our travel. That alone made the day better. And honestly, the staff deserves a shoutout! Pear was amazing! So friendly and helpful. You can tell she really cares about the guests. All the other staff were just as great too, even going out of their way to help people coming in from the street with big luggage. That level of hospitality is rare nowadays and really stood out. Another perk is that you get 10% off at Cafe Americano right next door, which ended up being perfect for breakfast and coffee. And they also include two beach beds with your stay, super convenient since it saves you the hassle of trying to rent one on the beach. Honestly, everything about Uma Hotel was top-tier! I would love to gate keep this place because it was so good, but the staff and service deserve their recognition. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I did not have high expectations because I was thinking this would be a “budget-style” hotel, but I absolutely loved my stay. Cleaners come in frequently to clean the rooms, and Liz even upgraded our room. The rooftop pool is great as well.

Everything was perfect, i really enjoyed my time here. Beach is near 3 min walk. Many resturants and cafes near by. Room was great. I alao wanna apperictae Pear and Darid for their support while i was here. Love to come back again soon.
