Uma House by Yurbban

I stayed here for four nights while attending a convention in June 2025. I've been intending to leave a review ever since; finally doing it. Just wanted to say that the hotel is fabulous! Small, simple, but elegant and classy. The colorful lobby creates a fun vibe. I was treated well by Pear, Iran and Fabiola! Top-notch rooms and staff, nice restaurant, exciting South Beach nightlife just around the corner. And the convention center is two short blocks away -- important in the heat & humidity!

Pear and Priscilla at the front desk are wonderful! They goes above and beyond. I Highly recommend this hotel.

Mom || daughter trip! Loved the location and boutique charm in such a populated area. Room was well appointed. Could use more vanity counter and towels. Great value surrounded by the best of Miami Beach.

We had such a fantastic stay, which truly made for an unforgettable holiday. The hotel itself was excellent, with superb facilities and a modern, spotless room. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottle of prosecco in our room and the daily wine hour on the rooftop terrace from 5 to 6pm, which quickly became a favorite part of our afternoons. The bar experience was made even better thanks to Dario, whose warm hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to our visit. The location was ideal, surrounded by great bars and restaurants and just a short walk to the shops along Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive. The rooftop terrace always had plenty of sunbeds, making it easy to relax, and the hotel’s partnership with a nearby beach club was a huge bonus—we enjoyed a full day at the beach without the usual high cost of renting sun loungers. Overall, it was an incredible trip. As first-time visitors to Miami, we were blown away by everything the city has to offer. Without a doubt, we would happily stay at the Uma again on any future visit to Miami Beach.

Priscila is by far the best at the front desk! She has been assisting us since the very first day we arrived and has always been incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. Throughout our entire stay, she guided us, gave us great recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. She truly turned our stay into a genuine five-star experience! Excellent hotel! Priscila es la mejor de todas en recepción!
