I stayed at Avani Moscova in Milan right after proposing to my girlfriend on Lake Como, and this hotel made the next part of our trip incredibly joyful. It was the perfect place to celebrate and relax after such an important moment. My fiancé especially loved the complimentary 30‑minute spa treatment, which was a thoughtful touch and helped her unwind after a busy few days of travel. I really enjoyed the breakfast offerings, which were fresh, varied, and a great way to start each day in the city. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — close to many restaurants, cafés, and important local destinations — so it was easy for us to explore Milan without feeling rushed or stressed. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. They were friendly and welcoming, answered all of our questions, and helped guide our itinerary with useful suggestions on what to see and where to eat. Their support made our time in Milan feel smooth and well‑organized, which we really appreciated after an emotional and exciting proposal. Overall, the hotel was a wonderful base for this special chapter of our trip. The combination of a modern, comfortable hotel, a great location, and kind, attentive staff made our stay memorable, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Milan, especially couples looking for a stylish and relaxing place to stay.

All staff were very professional and friendly. Rooms are impeccably clean with comfy beds, good air-conditioning and silent giving good sleep quality. Quite easy to access from Linate airport by public transport. The unfortunate issue was that bar and restaurant were closed. The alternative offered to use the NH Collection hotel across the road offers also very friendly service and good WiFi for working, but not many working tables. Given the large terrace and other benefits, I will consider it for my next stay in Milano.

Good short stay at the Avani. Central, easy access to Duomo area, safe neighbourhood, great customer service, easy check in and check out and lovely clean, bright room. Good price for what you get. Note: Main restaurant is closed as they change supplier - not an issue for us as we went out for dinner.

We have been to Milan several times, and were happy to find the Avani for our most recent stay. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived by the staff, and I was very impressed by the friendly and attentive way they greeted us, got us to our room (which was ready early, important after a long journey in!), and the overall "boutique" vibe of the hotel. There are only 65 rooms, so there is definitely a personal touch, and the feeling is hip without feeling overly packaged or trying too hard. I'd say uniquely Italian, but maybe it's uniquely Milanese - whatever it is, it worked for me! Happy to have stayed here, and I am certain I will return next time I am in Milan.

i try to post only positive feedbacks and i do it extremely occasionally. BUT in this particular case I just can't remain quiet. To help other travellers, I'd like to share my experience in Avani Palazzo Moscova. After excellent check-in, we arrived in the room 416 and realized that we're on CONSTRUCTION SITE as somebody is always on drilling the wall. we realized that sound is from elevator. we informed the reception about that and asked about possible solution, the receptionist assured us that the elevator will be blocked during the night. OK, when we returned from the restaurant back to the hotel - the elevator was really blocked (SIGN: don't use the elevator or something like that) and we had a chance to fall asleep well BUT guess when and why we did wake up? right, at 4:15 AM because of the elevator!!! + a standard breakfast + Poor reaction from the hotel staff and afterwards Minor customer service. To sum up: i will go with many other options to stay in Milan.
