My stay at The Carlton Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, valued, and truly looked after. It is rare to find a place where luxury feels so effortless and hospitality so sincere. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the people who made this stay unforgettable: the Front Desk, Guest Relations, Room Service, Concierge, the Café, Restaurant and Bar teams, the Kitchen Brigade, Housekeeping, PR, Events Team… Please, forgive me if I have unintentionally omitted anyone. The truth is that every single member of staff I encountered was extraordinary. People often speak about feeling at home while enjoying the very highest standards of luxury. The BEST Hotel in Milano. The hotel is modern and spotless, the staff is incredibly warm, and the hotel serves the most incredible breakfast every day. Fantastic location. Quiet rooms. Don't hesitate and book this incredible hotel. I had the the best time in Milan thanks to the Carlton and its amazing staff.

Gem in the heart of Milan
Outstanding new Rocco Forte hotel. Incredible service, delicious breakfast, restaurant la Spiga a gem, the bar with outdoor terrace steps from the beautiful shops and its superb cocktail range perfect for sundowner after day of shopping. Bedroom and bathroom both extremely comfortable, with fine bed linen and beautiful fluffy white towels.
