A wonderful stay made even better by an incredible team
We had a wonderful stay at The Carlton, even though Milan was incredibly quiet over the 15 August weekend ! The hotel really made up for it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. What stood out most was the team : everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely friendly, from remembering our morning drink orders at breakfast to always being happy to help with any questions we had. A special mention to Lara at the Bar, who was an absolute ray of sunshine and made our evening particularly memorable. She even went out of her way to help us look into train options for the following day ! A beautiful hotel, but above all a fantastic team that made us feel truly welcome. We would happily return !
