A place to come back to!
We went on a weekend anniversary trip, and what a surprise to discover this hotel! A brand new hotel with custom touches, exquisite service from the moment we checked in, and very professional staff (reception, concierge, spa, housekeeping, and F&B staff) who make you feel very welcome. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a higher room category, and to top it off, an incredible anniversary amenity was waiting for us in our room. It’s a place we’ll definitely return to, since it’s right in the heart of Milan with everything you need right at your doorstep. Thank you to the whole team for the great service! Santi & Blanca
