This is an amazing Amex FH&R hotel. The staff made us feel so welcome and provided outstanding, personable service. The room is nuanced and very-well appointed. Breakfast each morning was the best we’ve had in a hotel - ever. Special mentions to Ram, Marvin, Gianlucca and Ileanora. Well done, Rocco Forte Carlton team!

We went on a weekend anniversary trip, and what a surprise to discover this hotel! A brand new hotel with custom touches, exquisite service from the moment we checked in, and very professional staff (reception, concierge, spa, housekeeping, and F&B staff) who make you feel very welcome. When we arrived, they upgraded us to a higher room category, and to top it off, an incredible anniversary amenity was waiting for us in our room.
