I do not recommend
Pros: 1) You can’t beat the location — it’s so convenient, you could roll out of bed and land at your destination. The Duomo, lots of shops, cafes and restaurants are just steps away. 2) The staff were lovely and were warm and helpful. Cons: 1) The room feels very dated. There were visible signs of wear, such as peeling paint and an old carpet that appeared heavily used and in need of a refresh. To put it plainly it looks so dirty! 2) There was lots of mosquitos in the room, we were bitten in the middle of the night and we spent a good amount of time trying killing them. 3) Only 1 armchair, no coffee table where we could sit down and eat some snacks. Its not cheap, and i just dont feel this is a good deal.

Great experience
Staff were lovely, and breakfast outstanding. Returning customers. Gorgeous views from the restaurant but eir con let us down as it was obviously an old system. Artwork in the room was stunning 😍 Will be definitely back Bedside very comfortable and so central

Air conditioning non existant
Terrible experince, air conditioning in the rooms is non existant and staff offered no solutions only basic excuses. Having paid for a suite at 600 euro a night and ended up sleeping on the floor under the vent to try and get some air flow.

Just ok.
This is a hard hotel to review because there are highs and lows. First the good. The people are super nice and helpful. And the location is great. And the breakfast was first class. But there are problems. First, air conditioning. It’s pretty terrible. My room felt muggy and damp at all times which made sleeping very hard. Second, water. My shower hard almost no cold water. And plenty of scalding hot water. They tried to fix it several times but really didn’t. It was hard to shower for more than a few seconds.

Overcharging
This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff in a good location. I have stayed there before and would be happy to stay again. However, they have a problem with their website which resulted in them charging me for 2 nights instead of 1. They have refused to issue a refund.
