Great stay at the Grand Visconti Palace hotel. Staff always helpful. The concierge was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Would stay again. Great walkable area round this hotel.

Very professional staff
Even if some parts should be renovated, the service we received in this end of December was excellent. The staff is particularly dedicated to make your stay as good as possible. We spent a very good night. To be recommended.

Better off somewhere else
A poor check on service, unclean rooms, and a disappointing experience overall. They have a nice lobby but besides that, the hotel is overpriced for what it offers.

Hidden Gem
Very accommodating staff. Service was excellent. Dining was top notch. The dining room staff made an excellent meal even more delightful. The decor in the rooms were upscale with lots of storage and seating. We checkers out very early and was given a snack bag which came in handy.

Very friendly staff, reception welcoming and very helpful, Ariel, Gabriele and Vittoria, they was amazing. However, bedding let us down. 2 single bed to turn into king bed with 1 hard mattress and 1 medium, pillows fair quality and duvet only had bed sheet to cover it, not proper duvet cover, middle of the night we only had the duvet it self covering us, and a had full distance between both beds which kept me and my husband apart.
