Great option to consider when travelling for business in Milano.
Nice hotel in Milano! I’ve stayed few nights during a business trip. The hotel is well located, but you need to walk if going only for the main touristic spots. The rooms are very nice, the staff is very friendly. The gym is good. The breakfast is not the most sumptuous one you can expect for a five star hotel. An option to consider when travelling for business in Milano.

“You pay for the room, not the facilities”
Rarely have I been treated so badly and disrespectfully at a hotel. The rooms are pleasant, the location is not great but the big draw for this hotel is the fabulous roof terrace, bar & restaurant. However, our plans for a day by the pool were foiled when we were told at 7.00pm on Friday that the terrace would be closed for the whole of the following day (Saturday) - no options, no exceptions. When we complained to the manager, she said “you pay for the room not the facilities”. So insulting. So if you’re planning on enjoying the facilities, particularly the terrace and pool, do rely on them being available, and choose somewhere else as we and all my employees will do in the future.

Good Location, Friendly Staff!
The hotel is situated close to the prime city attractions. The staff is excellent - warm and eager to help. They sent a surprise cake on my wife’s birthday. Special mention to Monica, Savo, Matteo, Nicola - thank you for your warm hospitality.

Great Hotel in Milano
Thank you for a great stay: - fantastic service - very nice and modern facilities and rooms - good breakfast and food - excellent value for money Yes, the hotel is a bit off, but a 25min walk or 15 Euro Taxi drive is not a big issue and worth it.

Love this hotel
This hotel is amazing. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff were impeccable and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds. Breakfast in the roof top terrace was great, lots to choose from with amazing views of Milan. Tram stop around the corner but we opted to walk into the centre through the park and past the castle. A lovely walk. Definitely try Bulk Bar, great staff and a lovely bar. Try the perfect gin & tonic as devised by Chef Giancarlo Morelli. The Morelli restaurant is lovely with amazing food. Will definitely stay at this hotel again
