I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel, and I can’t thank the staff enough for how wonderful they were. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy during my stay. The staff’s attitude and hospitality really made a huge difference and turned my trip into a memorable experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Special thanks to Gilda, who was absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a big smile. Her positive energy and genuine care truly made my stay even more special.

Thank you to Julia in Guest relations who upgraded us to an amazing recently refurbished suite with balconies and a view of the Duomo . Amazing . Also thanks to Matilde in guest relations . Thank you to Lara from Brazil , who greeted and chatted to us each day over the fantastic breakfast . Darius in the restaurant was fantastic too . So helpful and keen to please . The menus and food were fantastic . One offered Milanese specialities, another the usual bar food menu and finally an international menu . The Milanese risotto and risotto with black garlic were superb and our favourites. The reception team we’re always welcoming and happy to have a chat. Thank you for making our stay over Christmas so special.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties taking care of allergies from food. Happy with gluten free offerings. Stefania was very helpful

Gilda’s engagement is so authentic and pleasant that she became the highlight of our mornings, elevating a simple breakfast into a cherished memory. The thoughtful layout of our room provided both comfort and beauty, with the square view offering a stunning backdrop to start our day.
