We were deeply impressed by the caliber of service here, particularly from Karin, Nina, and especially Gilda. Gilda’s engagement is so authentic and pleasant that she became the highlight of our mornings, elevating a simple breakfast into a cherished memory. The thoughtful layout of our room provided both comfort and beauty, with the square view offering a stunning backdrop to start our day. Last but not least, the evening atmosphere on the ground floor—combining exquisite dining with the elegance of live piano—was simply sublime. Thank you to everyone at Tivoli President Milano. You are a gem!

Staff Gilda did a very good job serving us. We feel like home. She’s been so friendly and kind and even prepared a fruit pastry without us requesting.

I really enjoyed my three night stay at Hotel Tivoli Milano! Mark at the front desk was excellent. He suggested various museums and restaurants in Milan to check out and he also assisted with making a dinner reservation for me at "Justme" in the Sempione Park area. One of the days I had an early morning tour to St. Moritz. Mark and the staff coordinated a breakfast to-go bag for me since I would be missing the hotel buffet that day. I appreciated that and it made a difference when taking an early bus tour. The hotel has been recently renovated, so I was impressed by the spacious bathroom with an emerald stoned shower. This hotel is a quick 10 minute walk to the famous Duomo Cathedral and shopping. There are various cafes and shops around. If you are only in Milan for a couple of days, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I booked my stay via AMEX Hotel Collection, it is a very nice 5 star hotel. The hotel is located in front of a plaza, taxi arrivals on the side of the hotel, doorman came to greet me with a smile and collect my luggage 20 feet from the front door. The receptionist was even more pleasant than most of the 5 star hotels I had been to. He took me to a selection of rooms on the same floor to let me choose my preferred one, and had my luggage delivered to my room, again, that was nicer than most 5 star hotels I’ve been to. And he graciously refused the tips I offered. Throughout my stay, everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. I managed to had a breakfast at the hotel one morning before I started my busy schedule, again, the breakfast was excellent, food selection and service were as good as I could imagine. From time to time, they came up to offer some special treats that were not on the menu, another pleasant surprise. The “coffee guy” came over every 10 minutes or so to offer more drinks to make sure my cup wars always full. Overall, this is a true 5 star hotel and the service is better than most. The location is excellent, just couple minutes walks to Duomo, my room has a great view of the plaza in front of the hotel. I thank AMEX for leading me to this place.
