I had such a wonderful stay. There was a small room assignment mistake after check-in, but they immediately moved me to a beautiful room with a great bathtub and even updated my credit card information for me. Thank you so much, Linda — you were amazing. And above all, the breakfast was delicious, and every staff member was so kind. Truly exceptional.

Very good service, nice hotel and good food

3 days of site seeing. The Tivoli President Milano Hotel provided a great departure point to Milan Cathedral, Sforza Castle, Sempione Park, shopping, eating, and other points of interest. The Tivoli staff was extremely helpful and attentive. A nice place to rest your body and mind!

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay: beautifully presented, rich in choice, and constantly replenished with fresh products. Every morning offered something different to enjoy. The breakfast staff was wonderful, welcoming us each morning with a smile, great professionalism, and genuine attention to every guest. We also had dinner at the restaurant and were impressed by both the quality of the food and the attentive service. In the evening, the bar provided a lovely atmosphere to unwind, and the cocktails were expertly prepared. A sincere compliment to the entire team for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to every detail.
