We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Amir was our waiter at breakfast and even though he was very busy provided a better service than an 5 star restaurant.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience thanks to Amir. Although breakfast was a buffet, he went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we wanted. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always happy to help. He even arranged items that weren’t available on the buffet, making us feel truly cared for. His kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service made our mornings even more enjoyable. Thank you, Amir, for making us feel so welcome ;we truly appreciate everything you did for our family!

They give you about two literal degrees of freedom of temperature control of the thermostat, because nothing screams “luxury” like your leg outside the comforter sweating your ass off all night. I will, starting now, review every hotel that makes me sweat at night in the name of “eco-friendliness” but in reality is margin protection a 1 star review. Thank you Tivoli, you broke me and turned me into an old man.

Hotel is let down by housekeeping and especially breakfast service. The hotel and room itself were nice enough. But housekeeping isn’t good enough. I ran out of the vanity set and it wasn’t replaced. I rang and asked for it to be replaced and was ensured it would be. I then went out, returned 4.5 hours later, and the vanity set hadn’t been replaced. So I had to call again. I stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights there was no turndown service so I assumed the hotel didn’t offer it which I was surprised about for a 5* hotel. But on the 4th night I returned to find my room had been turned down. Don’t know what happened the first 3 nights. There was also a rip in my bed sheet. This is supposed to be a 5* hotel!! Breakfast service is appalling. I don’t think I’ve had such poor service in any other hotel. The staff seem clueless. The first morning I asked for tea and was pointed towards the self service hot water. Only hot milk in pourable jugs. No jugs for cold milk so when you use the milk meant for cereal, trying to pour it into a small teacup, it goes everywhere. One morning the self service hot water was barely warm. So I asked where I could get hot water. Even that basic question was met with blank stares. Finally I was brought a pot of hot water. So it’s clear you can order tea that they bring you, but perhaps they’re too lazy and prefer to direct you to the self service. Every morning I had to ask for spoons. I heard other people asking for the same. And when you ask for a spoon to eat yoghurt with you’re given the tiniest tea spoon. Breakfast is supposed to start at 7am but nearly an hour after that they’re still putting out plates and items of food. And if you ask where a particular item is you’re told “it’s coming” and half an hour later it’s finally put out. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and this has to be the worst for breakfast. Poorly trained staff who couldn’t care less about their job. I won’t be returning to this hotel.
