The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The hotel is very well situated and walking distance to the duomo and main shopping. The rooms are clean and new with excellent facilities. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience!

Fabulous hotel in a great location for short break to Milan. Five minute walk to Duomo and close to San Babillo metro (three minute walk), for easy transfers to Linate airport. All the staff were friendly and helpful, we managed to check in early and change to a room with a balcony, the whole stay was exceptional. Our room was immaculate with the most comfortable bed and pillows. Would thoroughly recommend staying here, we didn't want to leave.

I had such a wonderful stay. There was a small room assignment mistake after check-in, but they immediately moved me to a beautiful room with a great bathtub and even updated my credit card information for me. Thank you so much, Linda — you were amazing. And above all, the breakfast was delicious, and every staff member was so kind. Truly exceptional.
