A real human service
Very pleasant experience staying at NH Collection President (Tivoli). Had the pleasure to interact with an amazing person, Carmen at the breakfast area. Carmen’s service and kindness are truly exceptional.

Great stay
Great hotel in the center of Milan and very clise to the duomo and shopping center. The only problem is the room service rate which is 15 euros that’s why i are in the restaurant!

great experience
Great experience in a super-well located hotel, next to the heart of Milano city. Accomodation was very comfortable. Ecxcellent cleanliness, well equiped bathroom and independent dressing room with good space to hang clothes.

Great location and friendly staffs and comfortable room. Fantastic place to be in for a holiday in Milan. A superb place to overlook duomo di Milano during sunset.
