Service That Made a Difference
We stayed 4 nights at NH Collection Milano President. While our stay began with a situation regarding our room, Nina at reception handled it with great care and professionalism, offering a wonderful solution that made all the difference. Would like to mention Omar as well, who was kind and helpful throughout. After my husband left a day early, returning to a flower arrangement in the room was a surprise for me and my daughter. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — very central and convenient for exploring Milan. Thank you to the team for turning our stay into a positive experience!

Fantastic hotel in perfect location You are very easy walking distance to Duomo Di Milano, centre of shopping and restaurants. - rooms are spacious and clean - Breakfast is high quality, great variety - excellent customer service - concierge is knowledgable and made great recommendations I highly recommend staying at this hotel
