Very central location
Very centrally located hotel, somewhat with the feeling of a much smaller one. Exquisite in room dining. Clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast area maybe a little small.

We did enjoy our stay at Tivoli .. warm welcome by Nina ( Guest service relation Desk) we did like the delicious breakfast with a variety … Gilda and Fernando ( Breakfast service ) were also friendly … We recommend this 5 Stars Hotel

The unforgettable experience with Tivoli President hotel
f you want to guage the quality of the service , just see how the staff are dealing with customers. In Tivoli hotel ,the whole staff are customers focused and having high sense of humour welling to serve with a big smile & it's not a fake smile yet it's from the heart. They all passionate to serve. Special thanks to Alfredo , Angela & Omar from reception. The breakfast staff were really amazing with quality & variety of good food. They made our meals unforgettable specially for my little grand daughter, she was treated exceptionally. Also not to forget the luggage men Rajab & Patric for their extended help. In simple word every thing was amazing
