My wife and I recently spent three wonderful nights at the Tivoli Hotel in Milan to celebrate our anniversary, and it has been an unforgettable experience! The check-in staff were friendly and super helpful looking after our bags while we enjoyed the cathedral while our room was prepared. A special shoutout to Carmen, the breakfast manager who truly went above and beyond to spoil us. In celebration of our anniversary making every morning feel special. She is a shining example of the exceptional service this hotel offers. The hotel itself is situated perfectly for easy walk to the central square exploring with fantastic shopping options all around. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you, Tivoli Hotel, for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to return! Tony

An excellent and very well-balanced stay at Tivoli Presidential Hotel. The location is truly unbeatable — right next to the Duomo and surrounded by Milan’s best boutiques. Everything is within easy walking distance, which makes both business and leisure stays seamless. The rooms are beautifully designed — fresh, clean, and with a refined, contemporary feel. Everything is maintained to a very high standard. The direct view of the Duomo from the room is something I particularly appreciated — a rare and memorable touch. What stood out to me most, however, is the level of service. Yulia at reception deserves special recognition — professional, attentive, and naturally warm. She handled every interaction with ease and precision, which makes a real difference for guests who value efficiency and discretion. This is the kind of place I would confidently return to when in Milan, and I look forward to my next stay.

Hotel location is great and rooms are nice. The check in experience wasn't the best. We arrived early and we had to ask 3-4 times if our room was ready since they didn't email or text us to inform us that our room would be ready at an earlier time nor would they tell us directly that the room wouldn't be ready till 3-4 pm. The receipt isn't itemized, so it's difficult to understand when it's just a number on the screen that you are supposed to pay. I had to ask a few times to fully understand things like breakfast pricing, tax, etc. Also, there's a turndown service in the evening that we didn't know about, so we were surprised to see housekeeping enter our rooms. If I was showering or asleep, it wouldn't be great because they enter the room if you don't open. We even had do not disturb on our door and they still entered. All of this would have been helpful to know at check in. Breakfast isn't worth the price unless it's already included. Theirs a lot of variety but not necessarily good in quality. We also put the provided sign to change our linens and it was very apparent that it was the same linens/sheets. Overall, it was an adequate stay. Just a bit disappointed at check in.

Centrally located a few minutes walk from the Duomo, perfect for getting around Milan. The reception staff are polite are polite, professional and very helpful. Good bar also.
