NH Collection Milano President

As the Event Coordinator for the University of New Haven, I visited the Tivoli President Milano Hotel. From the moment I entered the hotel and the meeting space, I knew I was in the right place. Everything from the guest rooms, the food, and the meeting space & event staff was exceptional. Our class participants had a wonderful time. Special thanks to Francesca who always made sure our group was taken care of. If our class schedule in 2027 returns to Milan, Francesca will be my first call.

I cannot praise this hotel enough. From the moment we walked up to check in and met Mark at the front desk, it was above and beyond our expectations. He was delightful, professional and very proud of the hotel. He accompanied us to our rooms and presented all the upscale touches recently implemented. We were so impressed. In the course of our stay, we came to rely on him as well as other staff for recommendations and advice. Yulia was also so helpful and personable. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Nina went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. You could tell she truly wanted us to have a wonderful experience. Her warm personality and thoughtful attention to every detail made our time so enjoyable. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. Thank you, Nina, for making our experience so special! We would definitely recommend this place, and we hope to come back again. ❤️

My sister and I stayed at the hotel in mid-July 2026 for one day at the beginning of a month trip. The hotel is in a good location, close to the heart of Milan but not that close. Naturally we were not particularly impressed with the hotel due to our short stay, but it can certainly be said that the hotel is completely standard and certainly without any special features despite being rated five stars. The breakfast was reasonable and ordinary and the room as a whole was clean and spacious. What spoiled our stay was the hotel's behavior after our stay. Unfortunately and through my fault, I forgot the charger for my mobile phone at the hotel. This is certainly not the hotel's fault and I have no complaints about this to the hotel. Butת when I wrote to them shortly after - the evening after my stay - about it, I received a full "high-sounding" response (immediately informed our Executive Housekeeping team..., etc.) which in retrospect seems to have been worded as a response to such situations, because since then, despite two additional inquiries, I have not received any update or answer as to what happened to my mobile charger. In short, not the kind of treatment you would expect from a five-star hotel.

Tivoli President is the most welcoming hotel I have stayed. From the moment you enter you feel welcomed. The staff is friendly and ready to assist in every possible way. The rooms are spacious and everything is spotless. The location is in the heart of Milan just 5' walk from the Duomo and the shops. I enjoyed every minute during the stay.
