NH Collection Milano President

Fantastic hotel, just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Lovely room, with Lavazza coffee machine and mini bar. Every member of staff we met couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast buffet was amazing, huge choice of food with gluten free and vegan options. Isabella at breakfast was wonderful, she remembered me on the second and third morning and offered me lots of gluten free choices. Would happily stay again.

Our stay at the Tivoli President Hotel in Milan was fantastic. It is highly recommended for its excellent location, the quality of its rooms and breakfast, and above all, for the outstanding professionalism and kindness shown in their customer service. I would especially like to highlight the incredible attention and professionalism of Ángela at reception during our arrival and welcome (she did everything possible to make our stay exceptional), and Amir from the breakfast team for his excellent courtesy and professionalism. Tivoli President is ideally located near the Duomo and with easy transit access, and offers spacious rooms and fantastic service. It is a luxury hotel that caters to business travelers, vacationers, and families alike. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed like an old friend and the staff were helpful and kind. My room was very large, with modern decor, high ceilings, and huge windows. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower with glass walls, bidet, toilet, and a large vanity. The room had a large, handheld steamer and steaming board - fantastic! Laundry service was prompt - items dropped off in the morning were returned by evening - and delivered in a lovely box with wrapping paper. While I didn't use the lobby bar, many others did - it was always lively and people gathered to watch men's World Cup games there. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast (45 Euro). My room faced a side street and was relatively quiet (normal street noise was minimal). Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Tivoli President, felt I got value for the cost, and would happily stay there again.

The hotel is amazingly situated next to everything within reach of the city of Milano. Everyone at the hotel has nothing but smiles and friendly greetings. I can’t say enough about how well they do breakfast and how beautifully it is designed. The hotels in most places are great. It’s the people that make it. Greater. You will love the people there. They’re bringing the charm that you’re looking for.
