NH Collection Milano President

I stayed at Tivoli President Milano from September 28 to October 2, 2026. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant stay turned into a deeply disappointing experience. When adding my wife and two children to the reservation, I was required to upgrade to a two-bedroom suite with a large living room. The front desk manager informed me that the expected total would be €1,100. However, the hotel subsequently charged €4,400 to my bank card as a deposit—four times the amount communicated to me. This substantial discrepancy raises serious concerns about billing transparency, communication, and the way additional accommodation charges are handled. Such an experience is particularly disappointing at a hotel operating under an established international hospitality group. I expected clear communication, accurate billing, and professional treatment. Instead, this situation has significantly undermined my confidence in the hotel. I hope the management will take this matter seriously, provide a clear written explanation, and ensure that the financial discrepancy is properly resolved. I cannot recommend this hotel without reservations until this matter is satisfactorily addressed.

Great location. Nice, spacious room, quiet and inside facing. Amenities ample. Large hotel. Very pleasant bar and excellent breakfast. Upscale 4 star sophisticated hotel with 5 star price.

I had a wonderful stay in the Corner Suite. The room was very comfortable, beautifully designed with modern furniture, and the overall service was excellent. A special thank you to(Gilda), who took care of us during breakfast. She was incredibly kind, warm, and always made us feel very welcome. I would also like to thank ( Khristina ) at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, cooperation, and respectful attitude throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

It was our first time at the Tivoli and our first time in Milan, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the Duomo. The room was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated, and there are fresh flower arrangements that change every week. We stayed 13 nights, which is plenty of time to notice any problem, and there was none. Everything was flawless. Breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options and excellent quality, and the breakfast team was lovely every morning. Viara, the Guest Manager, was attentive to every request and made us feel truly cared for! Thank you Viara!! Yulia was a great help in organizing tickets and reservations for us, always kind and incredibly resourceful. The hotel also spoiled us with chocolates, wine, champagne and flowers. That is real luxury service. What I value most is the warmth and kindness of everyone who works there. We already can't wait to come back. Thank you, Tivoli President!

Although ot is an extraordinary hotel, decorated beautifully, the service makes the trip worth every dollar/euro. Today we had the complimentary breakfast (extensive and delicious) and our servers, Amir and Ysabella, made us want to stay there for the rest of the day. 😅
