Were Federico Fellini to have turned his artistic attentions to the hotel world, the result would have surely resembled Nhow Milano. This dynamic property resides in a magnificent industrial building in the much talked about Zona Tortona, in the south of Milan. Taking its cues from its visionary new neighborhood, the hotel fills each space with innovative modern design. Accommodations capture the imagination, from the sleek bedrooms to the Nhow Suite, whose floors are connected by a private, glass-bottomed swimming pool.

There were bugs crawling on the floor, they looked like silverfish. I have 12-15 bites on my arms, sides, legs, and feet. There was small mosquitoes flying around the room.

There aren't many hotels with a nice pool in Milan and this was definitely the strong point of this hotel. Unfortunately, the pool closes at 6pm which is too early to take advantage of after a long day around the city, and I didn't see a good reason for that either as the few people that were there just got out and sat around in the hot sun looking at the empty pool. The rooftop dining experience wasn't great either, the staff seemed disinterested when we arrived and the food and drinks were overpriced for the quality. There is a good gym to workout in, but there's no signage to actually find it, so after some unfruitful searching, I had to ask at the reception where only one person was working and dealing with someone's checkout. Last point, a female colleague I was travelling with had a male maintenance worker walk into her room while she was in the bathroom getting changed. He did knock, but also opened the door immediately without leaving her time to reply or gather some clothing, he apologised, but this is definitely a no-go situation that shouldn't happen in a serious establishment - especially as there isn't a door that closes off the bathroom from the room entrance. So overall, it's a nice looking hotel with good facilities, the breakfast is OK too, but the experience we had was not so good in terms of service.

I stay in this hotel regularly as a business client. The rooms are spacious and consistently clean, which makes it a comfortable choice for work trips. On previous stays there were small complimentary bathroom amenities which seem to have been removed this time — a shame, as those little touches made a difference. The hotel always feels lively, with something going on, which adds a nice energy to the atmosphere. Staff are mostly friendly and professional. However, the rooftop bar staff are a notable exception — the rudest personnel I have encountered during my stays. On a positive note, special mention goes to Federico at the lobby bar. He consistently provides excellent service, is very friendly, and brings great energy. His lunch recommendation was spot on — thank you.

Excelent stay. Highly recommend. The hotel decoration is perfect. The breakfast is superb with lots of fruits. There is a swimming pool at the 3rdfloor that is a balcony with a glass, you can see the cars a in the ground fllor. Perfect stay and only sorrow the the pool closes at 5pm.
