Nhow Milano

We had no idea what to expect. But this place was excellent. As with most places in Milan, looks disappointing from the outside, inside, it's class. We didn't quite like our room so did a last minute upgrade to junior suite. Really nice. Breakfast is brilliant, plenty of choice and sets you up for the day. I would give this place a 5* rating apart from a few small bits that were frustrating. The roof top bar is beyond ridiculous for price. You don't pay 20€ for cocktails in the city centre, let alone this far out. It is a nice venue on the roof but dial it back a bit and more people might drink there. Location wise, it's not great for the main tourist locations. You have a bit of a walk to the metro then a few stops in to get to the duomo. Would recommend though..... great value for money

Good stay overall — the family room was clean, and the hotel had a modern, stylish feel. Breakfast was a real highlight with so much to choose from, and the rooftop pool was excellent. The only downside was that the drinks were a little pricey.

Had a great experience-a bit far from the city centre but you’ll have a lot to do in the hotel itself, with a rooftop bar and pool :) The nice staff provided us with an upgrade, so that we could check-in earlier. The room we got was super spacious abd luxurios - super special for us, as we couldn’t afford this normally. All in all one of the best hotels we stayed in!

The hotel is quirky with it style. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing. I reserved a lounge chair everyday and the goodie bag was a great touch!

The hotel is stunning, so modern with great facilities especially the roof top bar. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities that you would need. It is a 15 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Unfortunately our experience with the staff at this hotel let itself down. Poor customer service and bad attitudes from various members of staff during our 4 day stay from the reception staff, to intimidating security staff and even some of the staff supervising breakfast looked miserable. Staff training is definitely needed and it was evident there was a lack of experience across the team. Due to this experience we sadly would not stay here again if returning to Milan.
