Our stay at Palazzo Cordusio Gran Meliá was nothing short of exceptional and truly one of the highlights of our time in Milan. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed and genuinely cared for. The level of service here is warm, attentive, and effortlessly luxurious. Every interaction felt personal, which is something I value deeply when recommending hotels to my clients. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade, and our balcony views were simply breathtaking overlooking Sforza Castle with glimpses of the Duomo and even Gucci just below. It was one of those rooms you never want to leave, yet perfectly positioned to step right out into the energy of Milan. The location is truly unmatched. Being just steps from the Duomo places you in the heart of everything shopping, dining, culture while still offering a refined, elevated atmosphere inside the hotel. The rooftop views are absolutely stunning and a must experience. There is something so special about taking in Milan from above in such a beautifully designed space. We stayed at Palazzo Cordusio for a weekend in Milan and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it an ideal base for exploring. Our room was amazing—elegant, spacious, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, which made our stay feel very special. As it was Women’s Day during our visit, the hotel left a lovely card in the room along with complimentary wine, sandwiches, and cake, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. The only small area that didn’t fully meet our expectations was the breakfast. As we often stay in high-end hotels, we had quite high expectations, and we felt the variety could have been a little broader. Some of the pastries also didn’t feel as fresh as we had expected. That said, the atmosphere and service during breakfast were still very pleasant. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. A beautiful hotel with excellent service in a perfect location.

This hotel felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and every moment of my stay was filled with warmth and care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Even though I was disappointed regarding the construction work in front of the hotel, the exceptional service from Sara and Alicia made it an excellent experience. They have not spared any effort to make our stay memorable. From a beautiful view upgrade to all and heartily gestures. Maybe the breakfast buffet and the room service can benefit from more inclusive options and with varieties

My stay at Palazzo Cordusio, a Gran Melia Hotel was the highest level of hospitality and sophistication. From the moment of my arrival, the warmth and accommodating nature of all the staff is deeply memorable. I ate dinner in their fabulous sushi restaurant, nightly. The location was perfect, as a solo woman, and I felt safe walking in my neighborhood, even at night. The level of care I received felt like a community of friends who I already miss.
