Park Hyatt Milan

The Park Hyatt Milan was a stunning hotel, in amazing location, with a great and friendly staff, and great food, especially the breakfast. For anyone visiting Milan, this is a must stay. The rooms are spacious and they are fantastic with kids

At the Park Hyatt for New Year's, very busy time, but extremely well staffed and run so everything was seamless. Great hotel and much of the credit goes to the staff. They are exceptionally proactive and friendly. Checking in they asked what we had plans to do and I mentioned it was my birthday and we had special dinner plans that evening. We returned to the room later in the day and the staff had left a nice bottle of prosecco and a beautiful small cake with their regards. We later had a glitch with our dinner reservation for New Year's (never nice to show up to a closed restaurant!). We didn't want the full New Year's tasting menu at the hotel restaurant, but they followed up to assure us the hotel bar was open and available with the very good sized bar menu (they even offered to get us a steak off the room service menu if we wanted it in the bar). We ended up not minding our plans going awry, we had burgers and salads and champagne at the bar and toasted in a nice New Year's.

This is my favorite hotel in the world. I have been coming here for over a decade, and every time they exceed expectations. Absolutely unbeatable sensational location the heart of the piazza del duomo and the galleria. Astonishingly amazing cocktail bar Mio Lab, and the breakfast buffet is sensational. The staff has been here for over a decade and they remember me by name even though I only make it here once a year. Honestly the truest definition of hospitality and sumptuous luxury in a single location. I hold this place up as the bar to which I judge all other accomodations. Marriott could learn a few things from Hyatt in this regard. This absolutely does not feel like a chain hotel. If you can, do it, atleast once consider the Park Hyatt Milano a bucket list experience.

The hotel is nothing short of amazing, the food was Michelin start quality, but the hospitality was second to none. Rare do you find a hotel where the staff remember and call you by name, know your favorite cocktail, or how you like your steak prepared. This is such a place. Pricey yes, but if Milan is on your bucket list, then there is no better place to stay.

Our stay at The Park Hyatt Milan was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the holiday decorations added such a whimsical, magical atmosphere that made the experience feel extra special. Every staff member we encountered was outstanding—particularly the front desk and concierge, who were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room was stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious. The location is also unbeatable—perfectly situated for exploring Milan while still feeling like a peaceful retreat from the city. A flawless experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to return.
