A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Milan
We had a fantastic stay at Park Hyatt Milan. The location couldn't be better—right next to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the Galleria, shopping, restaurants, and many of Milan's main attractions. The room was beautifully designed in the classic Park Hyatt style—elegant, comfortable, and spacious. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including plenty of complimentary bottled water and an excellent selection of tea and coffee in the room. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. The front desk, bell staff, concierge, spa, and restaurant teams were all professional, attentive, and welcoming. The restaurant staff was especially efficient—our orders arrived quickly, and the food quality was excellent. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the spa. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to relax, and I especially enjoyed the steam room before turning in for the evening. Overall, an excellent hotel with a great location, beautiful rooms, and a team that truly cares about the guest experience. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent Location and Personable Staff Members
Literally BANG right next to the Galleria and strategically located between 2 metro stations on line 1 (and 3). Couldn’t be happier with this hotel. Amazing breakfast, intimate staff members, spotless-clean rooms, and if you’re into running outdoor, there’s a nearby park with amazing running routes that you can do. So glad I stayed here.
