Park Hyatt Milan

I’ve been eager to stay at Park Hyatt Milano for years and finally did and it was truly incredible. From the moment I interacted with the door team to the moment I left every staff member was professional, kind, attentive and really made me feel taken care of. Nicola and his concierge team not only recommended an incredible restaurant, but arranged for us to have the best table with a gorgeous view of the Duomo. The front desk agent offered us coffees while we waited for our room. The doorman, which I had gotten his name, was the best! So kinds and sweet and helpful, saw us taking a selfie and offered to take the photo for us, gave us waters, helpful directions, was always so kind and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. I asked for an extra wine glass from the bar and they ensured it was the proper type of glass— small detail but shows how attentive the staff is. Truly was a luxe and wonderful experience all around! My recent stay at Park Hyatt Milan was truly exceptional. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Everything about the experience felt seamless and well thought out. It was a perfect stay from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt Milano on our first trip to Milan, celebrating our son’s high school graduation, and the entire experience was truly memorable. We are a family of four and had two connecting rooms, which worked perfectly for us. The location was ideal, just steps from the Duomo, a metro station, and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, making it incredibly easy to explore Milan. The rooms were beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable, with beds that were exceptionally comfortable. As lovely as the hotel itself is, what stood out most was the service. Ala Clopot helped make our stay feel especially personal. Without being prompted, she thoughtfully considered possible food allergies and preferences, which meant a great deal to us because our son has severe food allergies. Because of that care, he was able to enjoy the congratulatory treats and thoughtful welcome note waiting for him in the room. We also had a Guest of Honor benefit applied to our stay, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. On the morning of our departure, they made an exception by arranging room service breakfast for us because our train left before the restaurant opened. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, juices, charcuterie, delicious pastries, made-to-order items, and many other choices. Even picky eaters would have no trouble finding something delicious. Throughout our stay, we were surprised with thoughtful treats and small gestures that made us feel genuinely cared for. Even as we were checking out, staff members noticed us with our luggage, stepped out of the elevator to let us in, and then took our bags down for us in the next elevator. As we left for the train station, one of those same employees handed us cold water bottles for the walk, making sure they were chilled before giving them to us. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Park Hyatt Milano made our first visit to Milan and our son’s graduation celebration unforgettable. My kids were especially sad to leave the hotel, which says a lot about how welcome and cared for we felt. We would absolutely stay here again.

True 5+ experience in the absolute heart of old Milan. Just 30-40 steps from the Gallerie and 100 yards from the Duomo. Room rates are high, but match what you get in service, facilities and location.
