Park Hyatt Milan

This Park Hyatt was amazing. The guys out front were super nice and welcoming and they smiled 😊 . Great first impression. Front desk were excited we were there. Love out upgraded room. Everyone in the restaurant were attentive to detail and were glad we were there. We had an amazing time. This hotel is in a great location in Milan. Restaurants and Shopping within minutes walk. We look forward to coming back.

We spent 5 nights at Park Hyatt Milan using points. I am a Hyatt Globalist and used a suite upgrade certificate for a confirmed suite when I made the booking. This hotel is everything we had hoped for – friendly and warm service, spacious and superbly furnished rooms, amazing breakfast, and the best location anywhere in Milan. Even though the weather wasn’t the best during our stay, we had a blast. We were able to walk everywhere, did tons of shopping, and ate more amazing gelatos than we care to count. We will not hesitate to book Park Hyatt Milan again next time we’re in Milan. Heck, I would go back just for the freshly pressed blood orange juice during breakfast! It was that good!

The staff at the Park Hyatt Milan provide consistently the best, most attentive, and most comprehensive service of any five star hotel I have visited in Europe. I have no suggestions for improvement, the hotel simply runs exactly like a five star hotel should run.

This hotel has superb service in the best location in Milan. We were upgraded to a junior suite that was huge and beautifully appointed. My daughter said it was the best shower of her life!

Park Hyatt is located in the best area of Milan. Really appreciate to all staffs, specially front desk and bell desk members. You're all great to the guest. Thank you again, will see you soon.
