Park Hyatt Milan

The Park Hyatt was a lovely hotel. We enjoyed the location near the Duomo although there is currently a lot of pre-Olympic street construction. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The bathroom was large and well appointed although our room was on the smaller side only in that we needed more room for our luggage and we only had 2 check-in size bags. The bed was extremely comfortable! We would definitely stay again and would recommend the Park Hyatt.

This is simply the best. The staff are so professional, kind, caring, and their attention to detail is just fantastic. Our room 118 which we asked for having been here in 2022 was reserved for us. The room and bathroom are immaculate with every luxury you can think of. The hotel and our room are spotless and beautifully furnished. The breakfasts are absolutely magnificent and the staff served us without being asked and are looking all the time to see if we need anything. The manager here must keep their eye on everything and everyone and they recruit only the best staff who clearly enjoy their job. We could not have been looked after better. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff greet one with a lovely smile and “Bon giorno”. This is why we returned here this year and we will be staying in other Hyatt Hotels when we travel abroad. The position of this Hyatt is fantastic - right by the DUOMO, the Galleria and La Scala (the reason we come to Milan). A really top class hotel. I would give it ten stars if I could. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF FOR YET ANOTHER MAGNIFICENT VISIT HERE.

Loved the Park Hyatt in Milan. Recently updated. The decor was beautiful. The staff very friendly and kind. We had a suite that was stunning. A large glass shower and a separate soaking tub. The breakfast was very delicious. Lots of choices. Excellent location, right in The middle of shopping and around the counter from the Duomo.
