Park Hyatt Milan

The hotel staff was superior, went above and beyond always asking if they can help us or make our stay even better. The hotel is immaculate, and the location is close to everywhere we wanted to go for our first time visiting Milan.

A beautiful hotel in an exceptional location, with elegant rooms and a high standard in many areas. However, service fell below expectations on more than one occasion. A taxi arranged through the hotel was poorly managed, with an inaccurate wait time and no follow-up or alternative offered, which resulted in arriving late to a dinner reservation. Additionally, on another day the room had not been serviced by early evening despite being out since the morning. Both issues were raised during the stay but were not resolved in real time. A follow-up was provided after departure along with a gesture, which was appreciated, but at this level a more proactive approach during the stay would have been expected. Overall, a very nice property, but service consistency and recovery need to better match the price point.

Our room was perfect , very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, staff were lovely as always .

Our stay was a perfection. We were very lucky to enjoy a Terrace Suite, that was probably the best hotel rooms we ever stayed in. The check-in was flawless, Room Service very quick and of a very high quality food, House Keeping team always perfect. We are very grateful to all Park Hyatt Milan team for a very special treat during our anniversary. Can’t wait to comeback!
