We booked a 3 night stay in an exclusive room here as a central location near to Duomo Catherdral. It was a very easy commute from Linate airport via the M4 Metro with no changes to the Sforza-Policlinico metro station, then a 10 minute walk to the hotel. It only cost €2.20 on the Metro to avoid the exorbitant taxi rates. (€100+) You can swipe the Metro ticket gates with your bank card and they take the money within a couple of days. Check-in is formally at 2pm, but we had an early flight and arrived at 12:00 to drop off our bags and explore, but they had our room ready in 15 minutes and we were very thankful to check-in early. The room was beautiful. (702) It had a large bathroom and walk in shower, toilet and bidet. A large 32" TV, mini bar, safe, air con plus very good Wifi 6 coverage - the best I've seen in any hotel anywhere on my travels. The breakfast was open without any need to pick a time from around 7:30 - 10:30 ? (not completely sure of the earliest time?) It had a great selection of yougurts, fruit, breads, rolls, halal sausages, cooked bacon, a variety of cold meats and cheeses, a variety of pastries and there were optional extras you could pay for like scrambled eggs, french toast etc. It goes without saying there were top end coffee machines and the cappacino was great. While the hotel is in the middle of the city, the noise on the 7th floor was reasonably quiet. You could hear the low level rumble of the tram outside, but not in a bad way. You will hear the odd emergency vehicle siren in the city, again nothing too bad. The sound insulation between rooms/floors seems very good. My wife had one observation, there was no dressing table for women to sit down and apply their make up. In room 702, that could just mean adding a mirror above the desk/chair. The staff were professional, friendly and very happy to switch to speaking English. Very happy to recommend.

Great location Spacious, clean rooms Balcony was also spacious Good range of coffees, teas, both from coffee machines and kettles in room Complementary water daily Good air con Excellent breakfast - hot and cold, sweet and savoury I asked for a room with more storage - drawers and shelves - and staff were happy to help Huge, spotless bathrooms with large, fluffy towels plus robes I would have preferred more storage space, but , see above, I changed room and was very happy with the new one Hotel is a little bit expensive, but I think this is the going rate Hotel also shows rates of cars for airport transfers. However, I found out by chance that these are much, much dearer than the standard city white cabs. These are available on request from the hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials. The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I’ve ever had at a hotel. That’s why it’s a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows I’ve ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It’s time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow. The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power. The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best I’ve ever seen. You’ll notice I didn’t mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren’t powdered but actually fresh, that’s even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta. Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn’t stay for dinner. The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we’ll be back to check on their progress.

Text: The hotel is well placed to take in Milan, and for this reason it is actually expensive for what you get. We booked a balcony room and the balcony is about 2.5 m wide with 2 chairs and a table that you can't really sit comfortably at, but the photo doesn't really show that, so a waste of money. The rooms itself was also very dated, and needs to be renovated. The switches are very shabby and feel dirty but I suspect it is just the plastic breaking down. The breakfast is average, though the staff were really friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were at best polite though had nil personality and certainly didn't create a warm feeling of welcome. All in all we wouldn't recommend the hotel for the price, as AUD$800 was really just for location. I think a refurbishment is needed but it served as a great location to explore Milan.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location - shopping, dining and sights nearby. The room was bigger that what we are used to in Europe. Rain shower was excellent but no bathtub. Breakfast very good: staff were helpful. Very clean. Rooftop bar is a nice place for a nightcap but drinks can be pricey.
