Convenient stay with friendly service
Great stay at Rosa Grand Milano, prime spot by Duomo. John at reception was friendly and quick with check-in, he also found us a comfortable room that was just perfect. Clean room, comfy bed, decent breakfast... Solid value for central location. Would surely return!!

A wonderful stay - outstanding location
Thank you for a wonderful stay. My friend and I stayed for one night in Milan, for the Christmas Markets. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was incredibly inviting. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was located in a fantastic location, 2 minutes from the main Duomo.

Nice location but not worth the price
Hotel was okay. Certainly not worth what I paid. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the room had been vacated and that it would be given priority and ready in a couple of hours. This was not the case. The irony was that my room was located next to a staff closet which ended up being very unfortunate due to a very loud staff from morning until turndown service.

Wonderful Doorman at Rosa Grand
Cristian M., the doorman, was SO sweet. He was a gentleman and went above and beyond to make sure my family and friends were taken care of with good prices, good taxis, recommendations and everything. We cannot thank him enough. He made our stay so special. He is a great man at this great hotel! Cannot recommend enough! :)
