Amazing hotel food
I went for a conference. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is very nice but most surprisingly, the food was amazing! I ordered room service every day I was there and it was better than what I had at a very nice restaurant in town! Even the food at the conference was fantastic! I find that to be amazing because conference food is never more that meh.

Pfister stay a must on your Bucketlist!
It was only 1 pm when we checked in and we were thrilled to be upgraded to a suite in original building from the tower double reserved. 4th floor suite had no view except of windows of other interior rooms. We felt that we could always go to public areas on 23rd floor like Blu or the pool to take in skyline. The spacious 2 room suite with 2 TVs and a Kitchenette a small sink, coffeemaker, an ice bucket that lasted all day and a fridge big enough to fit 2liter bottles. No microwave. 10’ ceilings with thick plaster walls made us feel like we had floor to ourselves! HVAC had separate controls in each room including fan speed options. No complaints about the bathroom with luxury marble and fixtures that worked perfectly. Fluffy towels and salon quality products. Exhaust fan and motion detectors lighting awesome Mattress, pillows, linens were great but I loved the built in headboard lights and usb/usb-c jacks. Robes and 2 luggage racks in closet!But the employees and their first rate service in the hotel and restaurants and bars is really what makes this place 5 stars. All staff was helpful and clearly answered any questions even if it sends you to the competition. Dinner at Mason Street Grill is one of the best meals I’ve ever had! When I called for a blanket, they brought 2 and they were still warm! Loved the free glass of champagne. And it’s so beautiful with all the original art and lighting fixtures, staircases!

Very Happy!
Very calming atmosphere. Attentive even in the waiting area. Had an hour Relax Me massage with Rose. She did an amazing job. Left feeling relaxed. Highly recommend WELL Spa + Salon.

We had a wonderful experience at the Pfister spa. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The massages and facials were absolutely outstanding.

It has been a week since our anniversary and we are still hearing rave reviews. Everyone thought the Pfister was beautiful, dinner was delicious and served efficiently.
