Classy & Clean
Pleasantly surprised walking into the lobby, thought I booked the wrong hotel because it was a classy English retro feel to the ambience. Customer service was absolutely on point. First time ever receiving a text messages from hotel customer service asking if I needed anything and my experience after checking in. This was extremely helpful when I needed a new bottle of body wash. It’s a nice feature to have. The room was clean & nicely put together. Felt like I got what I paid for and wasn’t let down. Overall, I would stay here again. No doubt.

It has been a week since our anniversary and we are still hearing rave reviews. Everyone thought the Pfister was beautiful, dinner was delicious and served efficiently.
