At the lobby bar I had the pleasure of being serviced by Cheyenne. She was very professional and super friendly with conversation. She provided excellent service. Experiences like this is why I come to the Pfister 3-5 times a year. The staff never fails to deliver on excellence.

The Pfister is an absolutely beautiful hotel with an abundance of art and history. The property itself is elegant, well maintained, and full of character. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we especially want to recognize Brian from security/bell hop and Shea from valet for their exceptional service and hospitality. Brian greeted us warmly every day and shared a significant amount of history about the property, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Shea was also incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with directions whenever we asked. The location was perfect — everywhere we wanted to go was either an easy walk or a quick Uber ride away. The only negative experience we had was with another security staff member who seemed to judge us and followed us to our room one night as if we were not guests of the hotel, which made us uncomfortable. Aside from that interaction, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the charm, history, and overall service at the hotel.

Decided to stop in for a quick drink at the Lobby Lounge and had the best time. Cheyenne was our bartender/ host and she knocked it out of the park. Poised, kind and had amazing customer service. Would come back again if I knew she was behind the bar.
