The hotel is beautiful and elegant. When we pulled up we were warmly greeted by Shea who helped us unload the car. As we made our way to the check in counter, we were warmly greeted by Jessica, a young lady who previously had helped me switch rooms and did so without having to incur additional charges. Brian warmly greeted us and took our bags up to our room. The experience was elegant yet made you feel like you were at home surrounded by good friends. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. At breakfast, Marisha and Gavin took care of us and were very personable. We will be back.

Wow. This is a striking hotel. Historic. One night for business. Will stay here again.

Very elegant, classy feel. Front desk staff and especially the bell staff and the bartender were very friendly and made you feel right at home. The rooms felt luxurious and the beds and pillows were plush

We spend one night here during our roadtrip around Lake Michigan. It is a great hotel and you can feel the history of it. The bar has a great view and it was a pity we only stayed one night because there was also a great gym and swimming pool which we could not use because of our plans and lack of time. But for sure we would use them next time we would stay here.

Exceptionally beautifully in every respect, from the room to the ambiance of a preserved landmark. Such places are a rarity to find in the United States.

It has been a week since our anniversary and we are still hearing rave reviews. Everyone thought the Pfister was beautiful, dinner was delicious and served efficiently. We can't thank you enough for your attention to details and calm demeanor. We had total confidence that the wedding would go on without a hitch with you at the helm. Thanks again for everything!

We give you a huge 10! The spa, where we had massages, is the best of its kind. The therapists are top notch, the ambiance is perfect, and the rooms wonderfully conducive to the best possible experience.
