Truly the Best Experience
The Pfister is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything from the training of the staff to the condition and cleanliness of the room to the amenities was absolutely TOP NOTCH. The atmosphere of the public areas is serene and lovely, and having the pool on the 23rd floor is super fun. The room was beyond expectations: the bedding was divine, the furniture was clean and in good shape, the lighting and the artwork were perfect. The little heater in the bathroom was awesome! Also, the toiletries were amazing. Each staff member that we encountered was helpful, well trained and friendly, from the front desk to the concierge (great tips!) to the bell stand and gift shop. I wish I had experienced the spa - next time.

One of the most historic and beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in
By far one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in. The hotel is historic and the quality of the amenities is unmatched. The staff went way beyond to assist in any area. The room was extremely clean as well maintained the view of the lake front a downtown of Milwaukee was breath taking. I plan to make this hotel a regular stay as much as possible in the future.

King suite was amazing! Old and ornate details all around you with very high end fixtures and amenities - pool on 23rd floor was killer!!

A beautiful hotel with courteous, professional, and responsive staff. Our rooms were great and the entire hotel exuded a dignified but not too stuffy aesthetic. A great experience.

I always stay at the Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee; I have to say the beds/mattresses are so soft, it’s like sleeping on feathers which is awful on my back. Really wish they’d invest in New Mattresses!! Always eat at Mason’s Grill which is Great! Great spot for me to walk to 3rd Ward and others places in Downtown MKE!

It has been a week since our anniversary and we are still hearing rave reviews. Everyone thought the Pfister was beautiful, dinner was delicious and served efficiently.
