Above and Beyond
Of course, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The food in the Bar Edera was great for a lunch, a breakfast and afternoon drinks. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. Here is the above and beyond... We were very late in arriving (1 am), so I called the hotel from the plane to let them know that I was indeed coming and to not give away my room. Upon arrival, the front desk greeted me by name, thanked me for calling and expidited the check in process. THAT is true service. Thank you, Hotel Ivy

Over exceed my expectations
From the moment we entered the building I thought “this is a beautiful hotel”. The front desk staff was amazing, especially Daniel who was so helpful and nice! The bed rooms were so luxurious, spacious and clean. I didn’t use the spa but the attendant (her name escapes me) was so nice and helpful. I could tell she really loved working there. Overall a very fun experience in a cute city. I will totally be back!!

This is a very nice hotel in a good location, though the downtown area is very quiet which is unfortunate. There are definitely "better" restaurants in the area. We had to drive to all the sights we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful, though the maid service was inconsistent. The room was fresh, modern, comfortable, and clean. Lighting could be improved. The bedroom and bathroom are pretty and roomy. If you arrive late, one can order dinner at the bar area until 10 or 11 p.m. I enjoyed Minneapolis and Hotel Ivy.

Great choice for downtown and museums
Great location for visiting downtown. Wonderful staff and really comfortable beds with great linens. Easy access to the museums and many local dining options nearby

Lovely, luxurious & welcoming Minneapolis hotel
Impeccable experience during our 5-day stay - friendly & welcoming staff, outstanding bar service & cocktails, beautiful room & bathroom with crisp linens. Every interaction we had - valets, front desk, bar staff, room service staff, cleaning staff - was genuinely welcoming, helpful & friendly. The location was also perfect for city sights and driving to family south of the city. We will return!
