Hotel Ivy, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Minneapolis

Had an excellent experience, kudos to Patricia and the staff for the warm welcome! I happened to be visiting around my birthday, but I hadn't mentioned it or included it anywhere in my reservation notes. I was therefore pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, which made the stay feel even more special. The room was wonderful, the property was beautiful, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better first experience. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Minneapolis. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Great hotel with a luxury boutique feel. My room was in very good condition and extremely clean. Housekeeping serviced my room during my stay and did an excellent job. Food at Bar Edera was delicious. I wish the hotel was a little more centrally located but that would not deter me from staying here again.

The staff is lovely, the gym is incredible, and the linens (sheets, towels and pillows) are nicer than average. However, this is a far cry from luxury. There is no concierge on property, the room decor and amenities are questionable (an actual closet? slippers? the tiny fridge drawer?), and housekeeping isn't great (definitely don't expect turn down service. And one day, we left our room at 12:30 pm and returned at 9;30 pm and our room was never cleaned). Other than the gym, overall it is just OK, and at these "luxury" rates, you definitely expect more.

This is a nice hotel and I had high expectations to stay here. The room was lovely decorated and the staff was nice but sadly the bed was so uncomfortable and hard that I could not sleep. Not at all the experience I have had at other luxury hotels.
