Will be back-repeatedly!
The hotel perfectly met our needs. As frequent travelers to Minneapolis we needed a reasonably priced hotel, not far from family and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is super well run with extremely accommodating staff. Rooms are large and very clean. Love the robes! Gym is well equipped. This is our third hotel in we have booked in the past ten months. We will look no further. Kwame and Cameron are THE BEST.

Old Fitness Center is Gone
They got rid of the big fitness facility and the new one is so barebones. I didn't find any announcements of this. I booked this place so I could also get a good workout in and I was extremely disappointed. They said they were renovating it into a new ballroom so we should not expect a good fitness center anymore.

Best Customer Service
Jolene and Bill and the assistant manager are the best in the business. They make me feel at home each visit. I come to this property once a month for a week. They always make me feel at home.

Wonderful customer Service
Stayed here for the PLA conference. Initially, I was disappointed because the fitness center was closed for renovations. However, staff got me a guest past for the YMCA nearby, which was a quick walk on the Skyway to get to. Staff were kind, responsive, and competent. Room was clean and larger than expected! I was also pleasantly surprised by the 6th floor lounge area, which had coffee, tea, and sparkling water. The best part was I had forgotten to print my slides for my presentation and staff were eager to help. They got them printed for me, full color, at no charge. Overall, a very comfortable stay!

Great hotel. Clean and well-kept. Wonderful staff. Loved the free fresh fruit at the desk and complimentary water, hot coffee, hot cocoa and bottled water.
