business trip to Twin Cities
As my company is HQd in Minneapolis I get there a fair amount. My preferred choice of hotel is the Lofton due to its proximity to our office, downtown restaurants and the Wolves stadium. The staff remembers me everything I return and frequently upgrades me if available. This time I was upgraded to one of their penthouse level suites which was amazing. As I like to workout it was convenient to have a workout room in the room

Excellent Experience - Very Nice Staff
The African American gentleman with the dreadlocks (Romar) was not only professional, and extremely customer service oriented, but he was also very helpful as well. An outstanding young man - you should be proud to have him on your staff!

It was amazing!
I came here… around late 11 last night, i came from the greyhound station and have been traveling for a few days and it was snowing outside, the person who checked me in was super sweet and completely calmed my anxiety, i wish i got their name the room was absolutely beautiful i feel so happy i got to stay here and maybe one day i will come back to Minneapolis

Business trip to Twin Cities
As a Hilton Honors member, I typically stay at the Hilton Pere Marquette Hotel, but it was booked this particular trip so gave the Lofton a try since it is a Hilton hotel. I was very impressed with every aspect of the hotel. From the Prince inspired decor and art work that greats you from the moment you enter the hotel to the high ceilings to the amenities and location, I definitely have found my new home in the twin cities. The hotel is conveniently located downtown and adjacent to to the theater district and the sports stadiums. The Cosmos restaurant is a great place to relax and have a drink after a long day and watch games as they have multiple screens in the bar back.the food is delicious and I like the refresh salad with salmon! To make things even better was I was upgraded to the performer suite and it had to be one of my top 3 upgrades ever. It was an entertainers dream with with a baby grand piano, full living room, dining room and workout room! Definitely will stay at the Lofton when I am in Minneapolis.
