Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo

I stayed in the hotel for some business meetings. I was welcomed by Fabrizio which was very professional and helpful, fulfilling my requests and being helpful at all times.

The Hermitage is what it is, an expensive, but marvelous five star resort. Off season prices are not terrible, and well worth the experience. The service is top notch. Not boutique 5-star service, but very very elevated. The building and location are phenomenal, you can't ask for a better location. There is simply nothing that I could think of to complain about this hotel. It truly is one of the best hotels you can stay at. It is not as large as you expect (in a good way) and certainly would come back here for another visit in Monaco. If I had to say one thing, it would be the lack of sleep timer on the tv, which seems common in France.

Five-star luxury at it’s best. Never fails to shine . Even though Hotel Hermitage is a large palace hotel with many rooms, you always feel a warmth and intimacy that is not as evident in some of its neighboring hotels. Beautifully, elegantly decorated, both the common sitting areas and guest rooms. A special mention and thank you to Dagmar on Reception. Already during our telephone conversation prior to arrival, she was especially helpful and personable. It was a real pleasure dealing with her. In addition to Dagmar, who clearly has a special love and talent for her job, other staff also showed proof of exceptional training, always making the guest feel appreciated. In short, everything to encourage you to come back as soon as possible.
