This modern and luxurious hotel in the heart of Monaco oozes elegance, calm and understated refinement. With the Michelin-starred restaurant, Yannick Alléno à l'Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and the amazing spa Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo, this is the ideal hotel for experiencing supreme comfort and serenity in Monaco. Luxury & romance... The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo has inherited its generous architecture from the belle époque. Let your hearts sing in a place where tranquillity reigns supreme and a decor that says romance: a winter garden infused with gentle light coming through the Eiffel cupola, suites with terrace and jacuzzi.

We have been visiting The Hotel Hermitage for many years now, our stay this time was nice as always. Lila on check in was excellent, she is still in training. The staff in Limun are also brilliant, food service everything was excellent. Unfortunately the only thing that spoilt our experience a little was our Room 306, it was tired looking in need of refurbishment. The tatty furniture just added to our displeasure. The Hotel in my opinion is loosing its wow factor because it needs refurbishment. Still remains our fav Hotel in Monaco.

Another amazing experience at our home away from home. A heartfelt thank you to every member of the HH team—you are simply the best. Always smiling, always welcoming, and consistently patient and friendly. Special thanks to the Concierge Team for always assisting us with reservations and every special request. Quentin, Charlotte, Maelle, Floriane, and the entire Guest Services team—thank you for truly going above and beyond to make our stay so special, for welcoming us like family, and for always being present whenever we needed anything. A big thank you as well to the Limùn Bar team—you are all fantastic, and although I can’t mention everyone by name (for fear of forgetting someone), your service was exceptional. To the breakfast team, led by Laurent and Fouad, thank you for remembering our preferences and delivering perfect service every morning. This is without a doubt the best hotel in Monaco, with the best employees. We are already counting the days until our return.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the overall guest experience is very disappointing, which is hardly acceptable for an establishment of this standard. We booked an Exclusive sea-view room for over €900 per night. We experienced serious soundproofing issues in our room: we could clearly hear the neighbors on both the right and the left, including extremely unpleasant noises that one clearly does not expect to hear in a five-star hotel (burping, throat clearing, conversations). The issue was not a temporarily noisy neighbor, but rather insufficient sound insulation in the room itself. The following morning, during check-out, we were asked whether everything had gone well. We then reported the issue. The manager’s response was: “Did you call us during the night?” Implying that we should have called so that they could ask the neighbors to be quieter. This remark was inappropriate, as the problem was not the neighbors’ behavior but the design and soundproofing of the room itself. Asking a neighbor to be quieter would not have solved anything. We also took this comment personally, as it suggested that it was somehow our fault that we slept poorly because we did not raise the issue during the night. I would like to point out that we could still hear the neighbors the following morning as well. No commercial gesture was offered for the night spent under these conditions. The manager simply gave us his business card and mentioned a possible future upgrade, which is clearly insufficient given the experience. The manager also stated that other rooms, with an upgrade, would be less noisy — which clearly indicates that they are already aware of this issue. Considering the price charged, this hotel is far, far below expectations. We have stayed in many five-star hotels and palaces in France and internationally, and this was by far the worst experience at this level. The Hôtel Hermitage should seriously reconsider the soundproofing of its rooms, its guest experience, and staff training. We will not return and do not recommend this establishment. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, this hotel should be avoided.

Excellence and Grace. This is a beautiful hotel located steps from Casino Square. The staff is awesome and will help you with anything you need to make your stay pleasant. The decor is stunning throughout the hotel and the restaurants are excellent, especially the Michelin Pavillion. A must stay in beautiful Monaco.

It was our first time arriving to Hermitage Hotel and we were very well taken care of by Giuseppe at the reception! He gave us different options for the rooms to make sure we get exactly what we want. Overall everyone in the staff was very lovely and available and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be coming back!
