First class- 10/10 and beyond a 5 star hotel
One of the best , if not the best customer service we have ever experienced. Every detail and every single employee are highly trained professionals who amazed us with their attention to detail and customer service. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, the service was 100%. The Bellmen- 10/10 The front desk - 10/10, the concierge 10/10, restaurants- 10/10, the spa employees 10/10, the housekeeper 10/10, the room service staff 10/10, the room service telephone staff 10/10 ( this one surprised me as we have never experienced such amazing service in this area) the management- 10/10. Our congratulations to the GM for assembling such a magnificent team - I give you one example- I ordered some ice from room service. A team member brought me a bucket of ice and asked me if there was a bottle he could place in the ice. I told him that I was in significant discomfort with neck and the ice was for placing it on my neck. ( I had a small plastic bag from the waste bin) on hearing this, the service member immediately told me he will get me an ice pack and returned immediately with an ice pack that got me through the night. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. How impressive was that. Additionally, the property, facilities, room etc were all in top shape. Everything was done with excellence. Special thanks to Olivier and Charlotte and the other young lady ( misplaced her card) who sent us a beautiful heart shaped cake for our anniversary stay. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was excellent. The food was five star and the staff was wonderful especially Giuseppe Palumbo, who was very friendly and professional. We hope to return again next year
