Staying at the Hotel Hermitage was an absolute dream and a masterclass in true luxury. The hotel is a stunning Belle Epoque palace, and from the moment you step into the lobby, you are greeted with a sense of refined, quiet elegance. It truly lives up to its name as the Hotel des Connaisseurs. The location is perfect set back just enough from the Casino Square to offer a haven of peace and tranquility, yet close enough to walk everywhere. The highlight is definitely the architecture, especially the magnificent Eiffel-designed dome in the Winter Garden. It's an architectural marvel that makes for the most beautiful setting for a cocktail or afternoon tea. The service is impeccable and top-tier. Every staff member is attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay unforgettable. Our room, with its sea view, was comfortable, beautifully appointed, and offered a spectacular panorama of the port. The direct access to the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo spa is an incredible bonus. This is, without a doubt, one of the most elegant and luxurious hotels I have ever experienced. I felt like I was living in a palace.

I want to give a shout out to the team at this hotel. There was a mixup about my reservation, and I had prepaid for the hotel. When I realized that I was expected and had canceled by phone. They could have easily taken my money and lost me as a future client. I’ve stayed at their hotel in breuil cervina Italy And I love the human touch that they offered. I was looking forward to the Monte carlo stay, but just not the dates that I had originally booked. MC hotel agreed to extend my reservation and have made a very loyal client out of me. Thank you so much. Huge hotel chains lose clients because they are treated like sheep. Well done HERMITAGE keeping up with the high quality of customer service AND INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION!!!.

Celebrating a very special anniversary, we stayed at the Hotel Hermitage, Monte Carlo. It turn out to be well above any expectation we had/heard. from arrival to the last minute, they made us fell welcomed & special. We have regularly stay at 5 star hotels all over the world but the Hermitage TOPS all. If you are looking for exceptional level of luxury, fantastic food, most comfortable rooms & highly friendly & helpful staff then Hermitage Hotel Monte Carlo is for you. Highly recommended.

From the moment we were made to feel so welcome and this continued throughout our stay. Special mention to Giuseppe who always remembered our names. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the thermal pool is the best I have ever swam in. We are already booking a return visit.

We had a very smooth and efficient check in and Quentin kindly escorted us to our room. We have booked a newly refurbished suite with a sea view, located on the 7th floor. While the design was a bit unusual, toilet being totally uncomfortable and was missing a bath nothing could compare to noise we experienced during the night. Couldnt sleep and as soon as I informed the reception, Quentin immediately stepped in to assist us. Thanks to his professionalism and kindness we were quickly moved to another room and were provided with a wonderful upgrade. For us as always the service truly stood out, the bellboys were extremely helpful, concierge as always best and amazing, guest services Quentin always present and available, breakfast Laurent a hardworking gentleman that always remembers our preferences and reserves us our favorite table… Overall the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What could have been a disappointing stay due to noises turned into an amazing experience because of the outstanding guest services - specially Quentin! We are very grateful to Quentin and all the staff for their attentiveness and we look forward to returning.
