Hello we had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairmont Gold Tremblant, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience we had from beginning to end. I will be referring alot of people to your hotel. A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our stay so special — Clement, Kayla, Paul, Anthay, Jeanete, and Justin. Each of you contributed to making our visit comfortable, welcoming, and memorable. A very special thank you to Gold Director Michael Ferreira, who truly went above and beyond. Michael’s professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests were remarkable. He does an incredible job and has such a wonderful way of making guests feel welcomed, valued, and truly cared for. His outstanding service made our stay even more memorable. The service throughout the hotel was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, welcoming, and attentive. It is this genuine hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly special. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. There was a wonderful variety of food, everything was beautifully presented, and the quality was excellent. It was a pleasure to enjoy such delicious meals in a lovely atmosphere. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially loved the pool area, indoor pool, and hot tub. It was wonderful to have such beautiful facilities where we could relax and unwind. From the beautiful surroundings and comfortable accommodations to the excellent dining, immaculate facilities, and outstanding staff, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. What stood out most, however, was the genuine hospitality. The staff made us feel welcome and appreciated, and that is something we will remember long after our stay. A very special thank you once again to Michael Ferreira the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable and memorable. Your hard work, kindness, and dedication truly make a difference. The Fairmont Tremblant (Gold) is more than a beautiful hotel — it is a place where wonderful people create wonderful memories. We arrived as guests and left feeling truly cared for, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for giving us an experience we will cherish and remember for a long time to come. Until next time, Fairmont Tremblant — we cannot wait to return! ❤️ We would highly recommend the Fairmont Tremblant to anyone looking for exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, wonderful food, relaxing amenities, and a truly unforgettable experience. Five stars, without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A lovely hotel in a great location

We stayed for two nights at the Fairmont Mont-Tremblant in August whilst touring around Quebec state. The hotel was easy to find as it sits high up in the ski ‘village' of Mont Tremblant. We were greeted by a valet who off-loaded our luggage and parked the car for us (at a cost of CAD 42 per night) while we checked in. You can park for free somewhere down in the village but it’s a bit of a walk. We were given room 516 and our luggage reappeared soon after we got to our room. Our room had great views overlooking the colourful buildings of 'the village', the mountains plus a couple of the cable car runs, etc. Very pretty. It was a spacious and comfortable room with plenty storage for your clothes and space for our suitcases. It was very quiet. There was a room safe, ironing board and iron, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle, dressing gowns and complimentary slippers. They had air con and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spacious and modern with a large walk-in shower, toiletries via dispensers plus a few complimentary items, hairdryer, nice thick towels plus towelling flannels (which you rarely get in the UK these days). The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool plus a spa (which I didn’t use). They also have a games room and cinema for children. There are a few eating/drinks venues within the hotel, however, it is very close to loads of great eating places in the village. Both nights we ate out as there was such a great choice and probably cheaper than eating at the hotel The hotel offer a ‘turn down service’ at around 7 pm when you can replenish towels or hot drinks sachets etc. If you didn’t want to lash out for their expensive breakfast, there is a lovely little cafe on the terrace level (near the outside pool) called Ricochet that does a very reasonably priced selection for breakfast . The staff at the hotel were very courteous and friendly. It is a lovely, plush hotel and we really enjoyed our short stay there and would love to visit again.

Best hotel at Mont Tremblant

I was very excited to stay at the Fairmont Mont Tremblant over our anniversary, and must say, that the hotel did not disappoint. It is located at the base of the mountain with quick and easy access to the pedestrian area of Tremblant, as well as all the activities the area has to offer. Right from driving up to the entrance you are treated like royalty. The staff are all smiling and wanting to make sure your stay is memorable. The room had a king sized bed with a closet to hang clothes a dresser, seating area and a coffee station with tea and Nespresso coffee, as well as a mini fridge and a safe. The bathroom was comfortable with a walk in shower, toilet and large vanity with 1 sink and drawers to store toiletries. They also had a steamer, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. You could tell that the room was recently renovated. The amenities at the hotel are plentiful. There is an exercise area, an indoor pool with change rooms, and outside on the terrace there are 3 pool areas. One regular pool, one cold plunge and a thermal pool with hot tub. Very spa like. They also have a pool room and other activities that you can join. Just check the QR code. Outside on the terrace there were plenty of lounge chairs and areas to sit, as well as an outside bar and BBQ area, where they served lunch and dinner. There was also a coffee bar inside off the terrace that served quick bites like muffins, croissants, muesli, drinks, and sandwiches as well as amazing coffee. Great for a quick breakfast or lunch on the run. The main dining room is called the Choux Gras. We had an amazing dinner here on our anniversary. The only other dining area is Le Comtoire, which serves a buffet or a la carte dishes for breakfast. All of the food and service was first class. I would definitely recommend that you stay here on your next stay at Mont Tremblant. Its like a resort.

Excellent luxurious hotel. The pool area in the summer is beautiful, relaxing and fun for our family. The restaurants are very good. Overall, it was expensive but the quality was very high.
