We recently stayed at the Fairmont Tremblant for four nights as a luxury getaway. Although there were other options available at Mont Tremblant, none of them had an indoor pool available, so that made the Fairmont an easy choice. As my wife does not tolerate the cold well and is currently unable to walk any significant distances, she was looking forward to being able to get in some exercise in the indoor pool. Upon our arrival, we found the service to be excellent. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, without exception. We were upgraded to a recently renovated King room, which was very pleasant and comfortable. The main restaurant at the hotel was excellent, and the access to the village was convenient. There were in fact only two negative issues that we encountered during our stay, which is why the rating of 4 rather than 5 stars. First was that the newly replaced door handles to the rooms were extremely difficult to open, to the point that my wife was unable to do so, and I had use a lot of force. Had I had arthritis, I doubt that I would have been able to do it. The second issue was the indoor pool that my wife had been looking forward to. It was extremely cold, so that was a major disappointment. When we inquired about the temperature, we were told it was only 85 degrees F. We were told on our first morning that the problem would be addressed, but the pool was never any warmer during our stay. Since that pool was the major deciding factor in choosing the Fairmont, that was a disappointment. To finish on a good note, I reiterate that the service was excellent, and one reception agent in particular, Caro, went out of her way to make us as comfortable as possible. I want to draw attention to her outstanding service and empathy.

We have been coming here for a long time, but this time was a very different experience—especially with the service. It started when we arrived and were greeted by Kevin at valet. Then Caro helped us check in. We asked for a Gold Floor room, and Caro took the time to find a special one (Room 724). Not only that, but she also personally took us to the room to make sure everything was perfect. Caro and David will always have a special place in our hearts. What a wonderful experience! The Gold Floor experience was amazing, except for the food choices, which could have been better—especially between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. Compared to our stay at the Fairmont Ottawa, this location was a bit lacking in that regard. The Gold Floor staff—Julie, Lucille, and Xavier—did their best to make our stay memorable. David at the front desk remembered us from our last visit, which was priceless! Chantel kept our room spotless; we truly appreciated her attention to detail. Lastly, the bar experience was also very enjoyable—special thanks to Ben!

Lovely relaxed stay at this small Fairmont outpost. Rooms were well outfitted with lovely views of the lake. Service was strong throughout from valet to a warm atmosphere at the gold lounge led by Mickael, with special thank you to Julie and Chloe for making our stay flow wonderfully.

September at The Fairmont Mount Tremblay is delightful. The 7th floor is amazing, the service is top tier and all the things to do and see are next level. It’s an amazing place to spend 3 or 4 days and relax. The pools are very clean and have been recently redone. The food and service are amazing. They really upgraded in the last 5 years . Beautiful weather as well!

We had a fantastic stay at the **Fairmont Mont Tremblant** and would highly recommend it for both families and couples. Booking the **Fairmont Gold experience** was absolutely worth it. The Gold Lounge offered a delicious hot buffet breakfast each morning, and hors d’oeuvres from 5–7 pm were a wonderful touch. As someone with celiac disease, I was very impressed with how accommodating and careful the staff were—dining was worry-free and enjoyable. The **staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful**, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Amenities were also excellent: the pool area had plenty of lounge chairs, the hot tubs were relaxing, and the gym being open 24/7 was a great convenience. The hotel also provides a frequent shuttle to the **Casino Mont-Tremblant**, which was a fun bonus during our stay. Overall, the Fairmont delivered on comfort, service, and atmosphere. The Gold Floor truly elevated our stay, and I can confidently say **“Gold is the way to go.”** We will definitely be returning with our family next summer. -
