We had a fantastic stay at the **Fairmont Mont Tremblant** and would highly recommend it for both families and couples. Booking the **Fairmont Gold experience** was absolutely worth it. The Gold Lounge offered a delicious hot buffet breakfast each morning, and hors d’oeuvres from 5–7 pm were a wonderful touch. As someone with celiac disease, I was very impressed with how accommodating and careful the staff were—dining was worry-free and enjoyable. The **staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful**, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Amenities were also excellent: the pool area had plenty of lounge chairs, the hot tubs were relaxing, and the gym being open 24/7 was a great convenience. The hotel also provides a frequent shuttle to the **Casino Mont-Tremblant**, which was a fun bonus during our stay. Overall, the Fairmont delivered on comfort, service, and atmosphere. The Gold Floor truly elevated our stay, and I can confidently say **“Gold is the way to go.”** We will definitely be returning with our family next summer. -

This hotel has a perfect location at the top of the village which is full of cafes, bars and restaurants. It is close to the activities as well. The hotel itself is excellent with every convenience and especially a beautiful lounge. All staff were friendly and helpful. Overall we had an excellent trip to this beautiful town!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Exceptional Experience in the Heart of Mont-Tremblant I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just steps away from the pedestrian village and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with a balcony that provided an incredible panorama. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help—whether it was arranging activities, recommending restaurants, or simply ensuring we were having a great stay. The spa and heated outdoor pool were a real treat, especially after a day on the slopes. The breakfast buffet was varied, featuring fresh, local products, and the dining room had a cozy atmosphere that made for the perfect start to the day. In summary: the ideal place for a relaxing, romantic, or family getaway. I will definitely be returning.

Visited from Monday, August 04 - Friday, August 08, 2025. Overall, excellent hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Very quiet. Stayed in room 619. Hostess Sarah was excellent. Very accommodating. All staff we encountered, including Theo and Camille were excellent. Definitely the best staff I’ve seen at a hotel. You can buy the activity passes at the concierge. Poolside drinks and food were great. Cold plunge pool a great idea. Main pool a little small and a little too warm for my liking. Games room is a great idea. Gym served its purpose. Spa was nice (both massage chairs were out of service but I wouldn’t have used them anyways). We didn’t visit the on-site restaurants as there was not a lot of variety on the menu. Hotel is undergoing renovations. Indoor pool and change rooms could use some upgrades. If I’m being very picky — thermostat in room didn’t have an automatic setting. For the price, they could provide complimentary water in the rooms. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

We visited for two nights. Our stay was going well until day 2. We were up in our room and received a call asking us to return down to the pool area as there was apparently an error on the food/drink bill we had recently paid. We were more than willing to sort out the billing error. But when we got back to the pool area is clear data manager had called us down solely to “teach” (aka bully) a newer employee about a $3.00 error. The experience was in poor taste.
