Reviews for Fairmont Tremblant

Staff go the extra mile for guests at this ski lodge

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

The experience we had at the Blues festival was excellent. The hotel staff is gracious, friendly and helpful. The rooms were always cleaned quickly and all the staff was courteous. Poolside service was excellent and the food served there excellent. Much has been said in reviews about the Fairmont needing a refresh. Perhaps. But anyone going to this hotel should bear in mind that this is a ski lodge that caters to families. The hotel is conveniently situated near the lifts and the cabriolet is easy walking distance as are all the conveniences of the village. The lake is also close by. The only issue, as many people have commented on is that they only have valet parking, and the parking lots are a short walk away. The parking lots vary in costs, but during a festival, such as the Blues festival, the cost is 20$/ day…in contrast to the 48$. / day at the hotel. This has to be paid daily, which is an annoyance that the village should address. However, the hotel concierge accommodated us, by driving us down and back on one very hot day when the idea of schlepping up and down the hill was not appetizing. The staff there go the extra mile for you.

Excellent service

Loved the Fairmont. The staff eere very friendly and had time to chat. Large, quiet bedrooms. Restaurants reasonably priced. Excellent food. The pools are clean. Plenty of towels and good service for drinks and food. I'd like to give Clare on the concierge team a special mention. She took the time to collect me from where the coach dropped me off as taxis weren't available. For anyone going by coach from Montreal, the drop off is the Shell station which is fifteen minutes from the Fairmont. Ensure you book a taxi prior to arriving as Lyft and Uber are not available. The concierge can organise a local taxi given sufficient notice. I would stay here again.

One of the best Fairmont Hotels for service in Canada

We were fortunate enough to stay on the gold level at this hotel. Huge shout out to the service team on the gold level, you made our short stay very memorable for all the right reasons. The hotel has a magnificent heated outdoor pool with bar service. The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you need. The hotel is located above the main strip of shops with very good access to same. If you are little older be warned that main street in Tremblant is very steep.

Great Location

Very impressed by our first experience of staying at a Fairmont. Located at the top of the village, with easy walking distance of cable cars, shops, bars and restaurants. Valet parking (for a fee) on arrival was a great help. Fairmont Gold was worth the upgrade and provided: Gold Amenities Private Check-In. Dedicated Fairmont Gold Team. Gold Lounge Access. Daily Hot Breakfast. Afternoon Canapés. Personalised Concierge Service. Warm welcome on arrival at the private check in on level 7. The room was spacious, well appointed, with a large comfortable bed, robes and all the usual creature comforts. An impressive view over the village below. The hotel facilities were equally impressive - excellent gym, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, with a bar and patio overlooking the mountain. The staff were first rate, friendly and attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The Fairmont made my vacation better by making everything easier.

One of the best and most frictionless hotel experiences I have ever enjoyed. From the valet to check-in to the bartenders to the ski valet to the pool to the location — EVERYTHING was designed to ensure my family and I had a wonderful time at Mt. Tremblant. Stand out memories are the outdoor fire pits with marshmallows supplied, the game room, the slopeside pool and spa, the ski-in/ski-out access, the ski valet, the free hot chocolate for the kids, the wonderful buffet. Many little touches that made a huge difference. The staff is extremely hard working but always with a smile.
