We had a fabulous stay in February the week before President’s week. Great sized suite with views over the village and slopes. Great service too. The location is fabulous and the icing on the cake is of course the hot tubs outside overlooking the slopes. Is starting to look tired so could definitely do with a refurb! Would recommend though.

Fantastic location, right at the top of the village. Our room had a terrific view of the mountain. The room was very nice; we had a "Luxury" room that was large enough so we had lots of space with all our luggage. Great bathroom with really nice products and finishes, and a very good shower. The beds were really comfortable (though my top sheet had a decent-sized rip in it, which didn't affect the quality of my sleep, but, really, Fairmont?). A Nespresso coffee machine and kettle with a supply of coffee and tea are always welcome, though we were a bit put off to discover Coffee-Mate in the mini-fridge rather than real milk or cream. We've stayed at properties that cost quite a bit less than the Fairmont that still managed to supply milk and cream. The Coffee-Mate, together with flimsy wooden stir sticks instead of actual coffee or tea spoons, smacked of a cheapness we didn't expect at this price point. The hotel itself has some really nice spaces, with lots of small snugs tucked away to sit or rest or wait. The entrance is very nicely decorated and the lobby fireplace is lovely, though a bit chaotic and noisy being so close to the main entrance. We had breakfast there each morning, which was fantastic. The dining room was spacious and had some gorgeous views of the mountain and ski slopes. The buffet was well laid out and plentiful, frequently refilled and the food was tasty. Our server was excellent; helpful, discreet and efficient, clearing away empty dishes and refilling coffee and tea at just the right moment. The indoor pool and hot tub were lovely, but the star of the indoor facilities was the eucalyptus steam room, which was, well, stellar. The space is calming and relaxing and very well appointed with lots of spare towels and those lovely Fairmont bath and body products. Well done! And the staff at the entrance to the fitness centre were terrific; very welcoming and helpful. The outdoor hot tub draws envious looks from folks passing by, and for good reason. It's pretty great, especially early in the day before it gets too crowded. But. We were quite surprized to see food service at the hot tub. Instead of getting out of the water to get something to eat, folks could order water-side and have the food brought to them. Bringing food to the edge of the hot tub so people could eat beside or over the water resulted in food in the water. We noticed that a few times. Gross. So, kind of a mixed experience. Some aspects of our stay were really good and Fairmont-worthy, while other parts fell short. We felt well-taken care of by the parking valet and staff who moved our luggage from the car to our room and back again, and the staff at the wellness centre and breakfast dining room, but let down in other areas, such as a lack of attention to details and a sense of being economical with some of the room amenities. This is one of the more expensive properties in Tremblant, and for the cost of our stay, we expected more.

We had a wonderful stay for five nights in a Fairmont Gold King room. One vegan and one vegetarian, the food was plentiful and fresh. We prefer the breakfast and canopies served to the food in the village. All of our customer service was excellent from our concierge on the seventh floor to the servers by the pool, and at the Axe lounge which was wonderful for a delicious cocktail and a bite. We had beautiful weather for April. Enjoyed our skiing in the morning and our afternoon in the hot tub looking at the slopes. Who can complain? We will be back twice a year.
