First of all why or how would anyone write a bad review of this place. You know what you are booking going in. It’s truly luxurious what an amazing experience. The staff is exceptional and always willing to help and so courteous. This place leaves an impression true luxury and beautiful surroundings.

This hotel was magical. We went with family, 10 in total, and we all loved it so much. Service was incredible, rooms were super clean, and I have high standards. Amenities all exceeded expectations. We have young kids of 6 and 5, and this hotel was soooo kid friendly. Pictures online and instagram don't do it justice, was even nicer in person. Would definitely go back. Was an incredible stay!!

There were so many amazing things to say about this hotel. we rented a car and drove from Florence. Check in was friendly and polite. Everyone was incredibly hospitable and non stop helpful. The room was ungraded to large room with very comfortable bed, great views, lots of amenities, great shoer and bathroom, fridge with complimentary non alcohol drinks and snacks, and welcome bottle of castelfalfi wine and sweet treats. The grounds are superb with amazing plants and well maintained. Incredible views of the Tuscan countryside. 2 pools to choose. One quiet one in the spa was heated- I would suggest not to heat it in the summer when it's 95f degrees outside. The main pool is 25 m. long huge pool with many lounge chairs, kids pool, and drink and snack service. The restaurants are very very good. we ate twice at the italian trattoria il rosmirino. very good food and excellent drinks and service was superb Then one dinner at olivino,just incredible, what an atmosphere and view and delicious food and wine We did not eat at the castle Lebanese restaurant Aperitivo at the outside bar at sunset with live music and amazing cocktails and snacks The gym is first class and very well equipped The spa is awesome too, saunas, steam and showers and cold plunge The golf course is being renovated and was closed The concierge desk is super helpful and friendly thx Did one hike around the lake We drove to Forte di Marmi and went to the beach- we chose our own beach club Also drove to wine farm, San Gimigmano, and siena This was probably one of our best places we've ever stayed at, And we can't recommend it enough. My wife actually cried when we left. Thx so much for making our trip to Tuscany so memorable and comfortable

Castelfalfi near Florence is an amazing resort . Great views of the Tuscan Hills ,extremely well managed and extraordinary facilities. The hotel staff is so attentive and warm . Our stay at Castelfalfi was truly unforgettable. The property is surrounded by breathtaking Tuscan landscapes, with an unmatched location that makes you feel immersed in the beauty and serenity of the region from the moment you arrive. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and attention to detail in a remarkable way. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the food is excellent, and the spa offers a wonderful space to relax and reconnect. In addition, the hotel provides a wide range of activities that make the stay much more experiential, enjoyable, and memorable. What made our experience especially meaningful, however, was the extraordinary quality of the people who work there. My daughter and I had an unexpected accident shortly before arriving at the hotel, and from that moment on, we felt genuinely cared for, supported, and safe. The hotel team responded with warmth, professionalism, kindness, and a remarkable sense of service. Throughout our stay, they made us feel accompanied in a very human and sincere way. Their attitude, attention, and constant willingness to help turned a difficult situation into a memory filled with gratitude. Castelfalfi is, without question, a wonderful place to stay. But beyond its beautiful landscapes, excellent food, spa, comfortable rooms, unique location, and many activities, what truly makes it exceptional is its people. We are deeply grateful and would highly recommend it.
