We are extremely enthusiastic about Castelfalfi. We stayed for several days and didn’t find a single thing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect. On top of how wonderful everything was, the service was of the highest standard, especially Benjamin. What an incredibly kind person. He helped me turn my marriage proposal at Castelfalfi into a real fairy tale. Thank you for the unforgettable stay.

This place is pure luxury with an incredible view. The service was top notch, and the thoughtful touches plenty. It is a more modern resort than seems typical for Tuscany. The pasta making class was an awesome experience, and the only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the Night Safari. It is not cheap, but if you want luxury, top-notch service and a beautiful setting, you get it at Castelfalfi.

The most beautiful property in the most beautiful location. The photos and videos online do not do it justice, it is a truly spectacular place. Extensive and immaculately maintained grounds, beyond excellent service, and wonderful food and amenities. There were not many children but we found the resort to be extremely family friendly and entertaining for our 3 and 7 year olds, who found lots to do. Staff made them feel special and welcomed. We will absolutely return at our first opportunity, and have told all of our family and friends that they must visit when in Tuscany.

There’s a quiet kind of magic in the hills of Tuscany, and this hotel holds it in every stone and sunset. Our room was cozy and elegant, with countryside views that made us pause and breathe. The attention to detail was flawless, from the welcome bottle of Chianti to the personal photograph of our engagement. Couldn’t ask for a better welcome. Everything felt like it belonged to another time — slower, softer, more soulful. Mornings began with lovely slow breakfast with birdsongs and beautiful flowers everywhere. Evenings with golden light spilling over the valley with jazzy live Italian music. The staff, warm as the Tuscan sun, were always ready to be of service or simply up for a little chat. With serene pools, a world-class wellness spa, and the finest food and wine Tuscany has to offer, you’re in for an unforgettable escape. If you’re dreaming of slow, sun-drenched days, star-filled nights, and the true soul of Italy — this is where it lives. A place where time slows down, and your heart stays long after you leave. My fiancé and I cannot wait to visit again. ✨

An unforgettable pasta making class! This experience was the perfect blend of fun, flavor, and finesse. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the instruction was easy to follow (even for beginners!), and every dish we made was absolutely delicious. It felt like a masterclass wrapped in a dinner party—elegant, engaging, and so well done. Highly recommend for anyone looking to cook, laugh, and eat like a pro.
