Amazing experience
This was by far one of the nicest, most upscale hotels we have stayed at. We spent our honeymoon here and I wish we had more time. From the staff, the spa, the activities, and the food we could have never asked for a better experience.

Tuscan Getaway not to disappoint
We had a fantastic stay at Castelfalfi and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury in Tuscany. The hotel was extremely accommodating throughout our stay, and a special mention has to go to Benjamin, the Guest Experience Director, who went out of his way to make sure our time there was genuinely memorable. His attention to detail made a real difference. The spa was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. My wife and I both had treatments with the Thai masseuses, and they were honestly some of the best massages we have had in years. We were also really impressed with the wine produced on the Castelfalfi estate, well worth trying during your stay. The Italian restaurant served excellent local cuisine, and the staff throughout the hotel were warm, attentive and professional. If there was one area that could be improved, it would probably be breakfast. It was perfectly good, but compared with the very high standard of everything else at the hotel, it felt like the one part of the experience that could be elevated further. Overall, Castelfalfi is a beautiful hotel in a stunning setting, with excellent service, a superb spa and a real sense of understated luxury. A must for anyone who enjoys being looked after properly. We would definitely return.

Excellent stay
We had an excellent stay at Castelfalfi. Check in was easy and we were upgraded room which had a wonderful balcony with a great view. The room itself had everything we needed with good bathroom products. Bed was very comfortable etc. Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from. Pool was fantastic here, sunbeds very comfortable. Only issue we had was at night we wanted to get a drink and the bar staff were a bit slack coming over to take our order.
