The hotel was amazing , the gym was fantastic , Calogero was friendly 100/10 expirience at the Magnet Icecream bar

The team has been very welcoming from the parking valets, to the reception, the staff in the restaurants, to the swimming pool as well as the housekeeping team. Everyone has been attentive in their own way. I would like to specifically mention Jeff and Melanie at the pool, Pietro and Noureddine at Amour restaurant, Chloe the duty manager, Dalia from room service and the front of house manager (my apologies I forgot her name). All extremely warm and professional! Thank you for making us feel so comfortable and welcome!

Great location, wonderful and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. We just staid for two nights but it felt longer. Nice pool areas and fun with Niki beach club.

From the moment we arrived to the second we left, the staff and the hotel were amazing. Truly exceptional. Some staff that truly stood out were David at check in and coincidentally check out and Pasquale and Lea in the Lobby Lounge were all amazing and made our experience excellent. Thank you all. Outside the front doors, super car after super car, unforgettable experience. Lobby was spacious and very clean , at the end was the Lobby Lounge, the view across the Mediterranean was breathtaking. Being escorted to our room was great, unfortunately I forgot to write down the ladies name, so I cannot individually praise her for her service, however, she was lovely and took the time to advise us about the area and the best way to get up to the casino plaza. That was a god send. Saved some tired legs from the stair climb at the hairpin. The room, Seaview on the first floor, was excellent, soft luxurious beds with just the right amount of covers. Pillows, great, could not fault them. Bathroom, while a little strange to have a step in shower was quite good. Loved the push button tap. The robes were premium and were well used by the time we left. The supplied bathroom amenities were excellent and I’ll be trying to find something like that when I get home. We ate at AMU restaurant a couple of times and our only criticism would be the calamari was a tad tough, still we ate every part. The other times we ate at The Lobby Lounge and it was great. My only disappointment was not finding the arancini before our last meal, they were delicious. All the staff were attentive and all took the time to have a chat and ask us questions. All in all, the location was amazing, the staff were exceptional, the food was delicious, zero noise from any other room or the water front. Definitely would stay here again, but I will be booking directly with the property rather than a third party.
