Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo

Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo is the perfect balance of timeless elegance and modern luxury. From arrival to departure, every detail was handled with professionalism and genuine hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, and a peaceful atmosphere despite being just steps from the heart of Monaco. Its location made it easy to enjoy shopping, restaurants, and the waterfront while returning each evening to a quiet and refined retreat. This is exactly the standard of luxury I hope to find when visiting Monaco, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location ,ambience and staff attention at the Metropole is outstanding.The Metropole has been our choice of hotel for the last 5 years having previously stayed at the Hermitage and the Bay resort over the previous 20 years. Monaco in my opinion still has that touch of class that is hard to find in other European destinations although there are still many affordable restaurants and bars on the beach front at Livorno. We expect to return to the Metropole ,God willing,for as long as we are able.

I arrived at 11:05pm and the lovely night bellman told me that someone would be right with me to check-in. Someone finally came at 11:20pm. I understand I arrived later in the evening, but they also knew someone was due to check in. Then I got to the room and the mini fridge didn't work. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location walkability wise, but the rooms are dated. €2,508 for two nights and the whole experience was very underwhelming; I have had better experiences at lower ranked hotels.

I have been staying at this hotel every July with my daughter for the last 5 years. We love it! We have tried a few but this is our favourite. Best location, amazing and friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and restaurant. I cant fault anything. This year we had a lovely Junior suite in the renovated part and I must say it is stunning. What a transformation! We loved every second and cant wait for next time, hopefully for a longer stay. Highly recommend it on every account.

The location 10 of 10, very beautifull atmosphere, We get a room upgrade from the hotel at no extra charge.,it was very pleasant😊.The staff is very attentive, ready to help at any moment. There's a Michelin restaurant in the lobby, which we really liked, and the spa is amazing! We'll definitely be back.
