Set directly along the Mediterranean in Monte Carlo, Le Méridien Beach Plaza offers a rare combination of Riviera glamour and true beachfront relaxation. The hotel is the only property in Monaco with direct access to a private beach, set beside the protected Larvotto Marine Reserve, giving guests an exclusive seaside setting while remaining close to the energy of Monte Carlo. Its 398 rooms and suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows, plush Le Méridien beds, contemporary Mediterranean-inspired design, and views of either the sea or Monaco skyline, while select accommodations offer private balconies and expansive terraces. Particularly impressive are the Presidential Suites, which feature panoramic views, private terraces, and the option to connect with additional rooms to create a three-bedroom penthouse.
The resort's beachfront setting is complemented by indoor and outdoor pools, water sports, a fitness center, sauna, yoga and Pilates, and wellness treatments at L'Institut by MWS, including massages and beauty therapies.

Be extremely careful if you are planning to book or use your bank cards here! I have never even visited this hotel, yet somehow my debit card details were used here for an unauthorized, fraudulent transaction of €4,009. It is alarming how this establishment processes payments without proper customer verification or security checks, allowing stolen or scammed card details to be used freely. If you ever decide to stay here, do not use your online bank cards—or better yet, stay away from this place entirely to protect your money from fraud. My case has already been reported to the police and the bank."

I really enjoyed our stay here. I loved the pool and beach here, very unique setup for Monte Carlo. My only issue was the smelly room, it was a very unpleasant chemical smell.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you want to leave disappointed. The hotel feels extremely outdated and, in my opinion, has not seen a proper renovation in at least 25 years. I was genuinely shocked to pay €1,200 for a single night and find myself in a room that was in such poor condition. What made it even more surprising was that the staff insisted it was a renovated room. If that is considered renovated, I can only imagine what the standard rooms look like. This hotel is nowhere near worth the money. In my opinion, it doesn’t even deserve four stars. Three stars would be generous. The biggest disappointment is that the hotel has everything it needs to be exceptional. It occupies one of the best locations in Monte Carlo and has its own private beach, yet the owners seem to invest nothing in the property. The elevators are old, the rooms are tired and worn out, and the entire hotel desperately needs a complete refurbishment. Signs of neglect are visible everywhere, including poor cleanliness and a general lack of maintenance. Another disappointing aspect was the type of clientele the hotel now attracts. It feels like the hotel has lost the exclusivity and atmosphere it once had. What was once a true gem has, over the past 15 years, been turned into a shadow of its former self. I will never stay here again unless I read that the hotel has undergone a full, top-to-bottom renovation.

Great hotel with good room and direct access to the beach. Private beach with lounges. Extremely kind Mr Remi at the breakfast who assisted with special coffee request and during whole breakfast took a good care. Clean room with great view.

A little further out in Monaco but accessible by taxi or local buses (bus stop outside hotel). Despite other reviews, we found the rooms modern and clean. Nice bathroom. Steamer in room to freshen up clothes. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel but ate at the bar which was nice. Lovely pool and private beach but disappointed that the pool was closed early and n both days due to a wedding party in the hotel. Would have enjoyed staying longer for more relaxation but hotel should notify guests ahead of arrival if the pool is scheduled to be closed/restricted.

"I just returned from a Luxury Link vacation and it was, in a word, amazing. My girlfriend and I took a Radisson Seven Seas Mediterranean cruise with an additional stay at Le Meridian Beach Plaza in Monte Carlo. Everything was perfect! The cruise was fantastic, the service outstanding and the ports of call ideal. The hotel was in a convenient location, delightfully maintained and exactly as described on your website. This trip turned out to be one of our favorite vacations."
