Iconic place!

We come to this hotel since 2023 and love it. If a luxurious and renovated room is important for you you won‘t like this hotel. If you like a ressort feeling in between of a a very small, exclusive and iconic country this is the right choice. Unfortunately this summer the prices were very high (EUR 650 / night) compared to last year (EUR 500/night) but we enjoyed it again and will come back (in case the prices don‘t rise again!)

Very nice old school European hotel.food and service excellent.

Vibrant beach hotel in Monaco. It’s an old school European beach to tel with a huge pool area and fabulous a fabulous private beach. We stayed 1 night to get a taste of Monaco. It’s a little bit out of the main area but within walking distance. It was a perfect choice if you want a little bit of relaxation as well as action. Loved it.

Monte Carlo at its best

We have spent 25 years in a row at this hotel ! And it is better than ever. OK, the rooms are a little on the old side but they are going to renew the bathrooms as a first upgrade for next season. The new manager Vincent are really on his toes to make this hotel as great as possible. We can really recommend the restaurant MUSE close to the beach. The food is extremely good and the service are the best you can find, Specially Jonathan the Sommelier are giving you a fantastic experience. We are always staying at the beach close to the water and we had this year a fantastic service from Mathis.

Beautiful Hotel a must

Beautiful Hotel in Monte Carlo, really good food, good service, the beach is really nice and clean with comfortable chairs and umbrellas provided . We had 2 rooms first night we had a little hiccup our bathroom did not have a shower just a tub with a very short handheld husband 6’4” could not use it (luckily our daughters room had a shower ) the staff were very understanding and accommodating and they moved us the next day as the day we arrived the hotel was full. I also assume being ambassador helped too . Definitely would come back loved Monaco, the hotel and everything about the area!

Review: Disappointing Second Stay at Le Méridien Hotel, Monaco

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Review: Disappointing Second Stay at Le Méridien Hotel, Monaco Before I start congrats to the Lacoste 🐊cafe opening! This was our second time staying at Le Méridien in Monaco, and unfortunately, it will be our last. Our first visit was pleasant enough to bring us back, but this time the experience was disappointing in several ways. While the hotel is still large and visually impressive, many aspects fell short. The pool area was unpleasant — the stones around it were rough and uncomfortable, and the pool itself was filthy. The walls of the pool were ok but the floor was a disgrace for the type of money we’re spending! Additionally, the drains outside near the sunbeds were blocked, causing standing water and an unhygienic environment. We were told our luggage would be brought up shortly after check-in, but it took over 40 minutes to arrive despite assurances from staff. However, the main reason we decided to leave two days earlier than planned was the clientele. The guests during this visit were exceptionally rude and inconsiderate, making it impossible to relax or enjoy our stay. After speaking with a few other families who felt the same and also cut their trips short, it was clear this was a widespread issue. Also we were moved to floor 2 due to building works and the balcony had a big air con box. Hotel staff were amazing thought can’t fault them! It’s disappointing to see how much the standards have dropped since our last visit. While the hotel has potential, poor maintenance, slow service, and an unpleasant atmosphere ruined our experience. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

"I just returned from a Luxury Link vacation and it was, in a word, amazing. My girlfriend and I took a Radisson Seven Seas Mediterranean cruise with an additional stay at Le Meridian Beach Plaza in Monte Carlo. Everything was perfect! The cruise was fantastic, the service outstanding and the ports of call ideal. The hotel was in a convenient location, delightfully maintained and exactly as described on your website. This trip turned out to be one of our favorite vacations."
