Half Moon

My stay at Half Moon was nothing short of incredible. The staff truly set the tone. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. The level of service was absolutely top-notch and deserving of every bit of a five-star rating! The property itself looks amazing. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the guestrooms are spotless, comfortable, and feel brand new. You would never know a hurricane had passed through just five months ago! The energy throughout the resort is vibrant and welcoming, with a team that is clearly excited to have guests back. I can’t say enough great things about the experience. I highly recommend visiting now, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

I recently stayed at Half Moon Eclipse, spent 4 days here for a birthday. The food was excellent, with great buffet and à la carte options, and the beach and pool were beautiful. The rooms were well designed, stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. I loved the peaceful, quiet vibe no loud music, just a relaxing atmosphere. The staff truly made the stay special very friendly and welcoming. They even helped decorate our room and provided a cake for the birthday, which was a really thoughtful touch. There are lots of amenities like bikes, golf carts, a spa, and golf, and everything is very convenient. Overall, great value for money I’ve spent. Definitely coming back, next time to try the villas!

I’ve been fortunate to have experienced many exceptional properties around the world - I definitely was expecting Half Moon to be one of them. While the site provides an exceptionally beautiful setting - the main house and lobby, the grounds, the rooms and restaurants, the pool - all beautifully appointed and maintained, sooo comfortable - the experience the staff provided was unmatched. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every member of the staff was above and beyond any expectation, friendly, happy to help, considerate, caring; soo many smiles and thoughtful comments. They left many beautiful memories that will endure. My young daughters and I had a magical week.

We had an excellent experience! The staff is amazing, the resort 5 star. Accommodations are exceptional. Very clean and well run resort.

For five months Half Moon has falsely promised and committed to return our deposit since they cancelled our trip. This is beyond unacceptable to operate in such a dishonest manner. Please understand that they deal in deception and will never be able to repair their once good reputation.
