Great stay with my daughter, amazing 2 bedroom suite B1103. Splendid view, very quiet . The staff was amazing throughout our stay, our assigned butlers Jody-Ann & Tyrone were very helpful to get reservations in the restaurants, and others. Food overall was very good at the buffet, Italian and Teppanyaki restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montego bay.

Our family went late July 2025, the staff was great!! They go out of your way to make your stay relaxing. We had our three boys there with us and they loved it! Special K and Germaine were always around looking for ways to make the trip a success! I would definitely go back! **We had a emergency medical issue and the hotel worked with our family to get rides to and from the local Hospital. They went out of their way to help in a time of need.

Arriving in felt welcomed but when I got to the room it was like a normal guest house experience comparing to jewels in Runaway bay this trip wasn't worth my money. House keeping ducks and full of attitude. And some restaurant staffs treated us like we were nobody. Asked for a drink a the bar and the bar tender stood there took his own sweet time to fix a mimosas and while fixing the drink he was chatting with his coworker and spits dropping in the drink. Chef making a omelet and while cracking the eggs swet dripping off his chin in the eggs I asked for towels after house keeping came to clean and left the wet towels in the bathroom and they just came and left the clean ones at the entrance table not even bothered to remove the wet ones and I've spoke to front desk about the issues was to management would call and all now no one reached out. Oh how can I forget the tea cup that was left in the lobby for 2days and house keeping says they cleaned the floor

Our family of 6 visited over spring break (ages 12-72). This is a lovely resort. The entertainment staff were fantastic. Food was fresh and it was easy to get in to eat at different restaurants in the evenings. Pack lots of sunscreen as they often have to put the umbrellas down due to wind at the pool area.

We are currently at the resort and this is our second stay here, last was a couple of years ago. If you are planning on coming here please CANCEL your reservation ASAP and look elsewhere. The hotel is under new management and the place is horrendous. Rooms not ready when you check in even when they say they are. A/C not working in rooms, restaurants or common areas. Elevators not working. Restaurants closed. All the good staff has left as they know this place is under terrible management. They charge for room service now. And require a card to get towels. We are thoroughly disappointed and cannot wait to leave. I should have know prior to leaving this would be bad as the phone line disconnected every time you called them. And other reviews have stayed similar stories. I highly recommend NOT coming to this place.
