This is always the worst hospitality experience, but have to visit area for business. The service was painfully slow, the food was terrible, and guest satisfaction seemed to be an afterthought. Throughout my stay, staff were often nowhere to be found during their scheduled shifts. Around midday and on weekends, it felt as though the property simply shut down. There were multiple occasions where employees appeared to be socializing or occupied with personal matters instead of assisting guests, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. Basic cleaning was neglected, especially underneath furniture, where I found several spiders. It raises serious concerns about the property's cleanliness and attention to detail. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking in accountability. From my perspective, there seemed to be little oversight, with staff and some owners appearing more focused on their own interests than on providing the level of service guests are paying for. The experience left me questioning how the property is being managed and whether guest welfare is truly a priority. I cannot recommend staying here. There are far better places to spend your money where professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service are actually valued. Truly feel something nefarious going on at this property, red flags everywhere

Great environment. Facility and room was very clean. No loud noise, just able to relax without worrying about shouting children or people. Outstanding service. This was a bucket-list moment. Planning on coming back again.

The best hotel in Jamaica, made even better by the genuinely friendly staff. The breakfast, glass bottom boat tour, and room with a balcony were highlights. My husband and I will be back.

This is a “do not miss” spot in Jamaica. Easy to get to, but very hard to leave!! The staff are incredibly attentive and the quality of the facilities, food, entertainment are all amazing. We have recommended this place to many, many friends and families.

I honestly do not understand the hype behind this place. For the amount you pay here — easily $100–150 per person depending on drinks and appetizers — the experience was shockingly bad from start to finish. I’ve genuinely received better customer service from Chick-fil-A and even McDonald’s. The service was one of the worst parts. Our salad came out completely dry with no dressing, and after trying multiple times to get someone’s attention, the staff either ignored us or acted annoyed that we were asking for basic things. It felt like once they dropped the food off, we no longer existed. Water glasses stayed empty, dirty plates sat on the table forever, and nobody checked on us. For a restaurant charging premium prices, you expect professionalism, attention to detail, and at least decent hospitality. Instead, the staff seemed disorganized, uninterested, and completely disconnected from the dining experience. The food itself was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price point. I don’t mind paying for expensive meals when the quality and service match the cost, but this felt like paying luxury prices for fast-food level service — except somehow slower and less attentive. Extremely disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere I would recommend or return to.

We were the lucky winners of two of your auctions. The first one was a package to Round Hill Hotel and Villas in Jamaica. What a wonderful place that is. We were treated royally and given one of the more beautiful villas overlooking the ocean. The food and attentiveness of this lovely resort was excellent! We will be going back and taking some friends as well. High points for Round Hill Hotel and Villas!!

My wife and I had a great stay at Round Hill Hotel and Villas in Jamaica. The accommodations were excellent. On our arrival, we were upgraded to a villa that overlooked the sea. Every morning we just sat up in bed and enjoyed the peaceful view. The Round Hill staff was excellent - they catered to our every need and treated us like royalty. The food was fantastic. We had cooks come to our villa and make breakfast and serve us on the terrace. It was a vacation my wife and I will cherish forever.
